Bob the Elephant & Joe the Wolf

In a zoo there lived an elephant named Bob. Every night a wolf named Joe would get into the zoo and brag about how fast he was and

what opponents he had beat.

Bob was furious and challenged Joe to a race. Bob said, “if i win you will be quiet!”. Joe agreed .so they race.

Once the race began Joe the wolf sprinted ahead and as a joke he stopped to eat some

sheep but it took a little longer than he expected.

When he finished Bob was edging towards the finish line and Joe was too full to catch up so

that’s to show and steady wins the race.

Moral: slow and steady wins the race.
