MS007575I was never servgd a copy of this petition. I respectfully ask the court to deny this petition. I was informed of itfrom law enforcement on I l-16-2010 from Lt. Raulston at Lancaster LASD.I was in contact with him for atbtlow up for Mr. Shaw violating the restraining order ( Exhibit A) protecting my son on l1-15-2010 by havinghis 3 adult son's keep my son's home under surveillance. The Lieutenant stated Mr. Shaw told him he had aTRO against me. My Son's Dad sent a memo to his work regarding this incident,(Exhibit B). I do not have anycontact with this man. My only knowledge of him is when my juvenile son was admittedly violating curfew(Exhibit C) across the street from Mr. Shaw's home and Mr. Shaw severely beat him in the street for it in May2010 (Exhibit D).Upon direction of Deputy Langdon at Lancaster LASD,I helped my Mother obtain arestraining order to help keep her and the kids safe in May 2010. Upon service of the order in June 2010, Mr.Shaw kicked me so incredibly hard he knocked me down Exhibil (E), I learned my lesson to stay away fromthis volatile man. Upon advice from Detective Banks I had him served again by LASD here at the courthouseOctober 05, 2010 when I was helping my friend in family law matter(Exhibit D. If I visit my family, I do notenter the street from his end of the street. Therefore, I avoid all contact with this man. My Mother lives at theother end of the street (Exhibit G&H). Mr. Shaw has violated his order on more than one occasion (ExhibitI&$,keeping my family under constant surveillance (Exhibit K). I no longer go to my Mother for child care, infear for my children's safety at her home from this man. I do not harass or annoy him in anyway at all. Icurrently do not even reside in the same county as him. I am currently awaiting approval from a lawenforcement job, which will force me to move more than 500 miles away"
