Log in by clicking on the red Log in button in the top right corner.

Next, you will see the following log in screen. Here you can choose to log in with your Nem-ID or MyCare user-id.

Book an appointment for physical treatment

Choose treatment

Click on Booking to book an appointment.

On the page, you can see an overview of the different treatments that you have access to through your health programme.

Click on the treatment for which you would like to book an appointmen.

Find and book an appointment

1. Choose a Clinic and click Search.

2. Click on the timeslot in the list to book the time.

3. Click on the drop-down menu under the text Programme. a. If you are already in a programme, you can choose it on the list.

b. If you are not in a programme, choose Create new programme. Next,

choose for which part of the body you would like treatment.

4. Click Book to book the appointment.

5. You have now booked an appointment. Click on Close or Show calendar to

see the appointment.

Your calendar

In the calendar, you have an overview of your upcoming appointments. You can also cancel the appointment by clicking Cancel or reschedule your appointment by clicking Reschedule.

Click on My calendar to see your calendar.
