I continue to be pleased with our progress in building a top distributorship model. Reflecting on the last 24 months, it is exciting to see the momentum we have established, but I can promise you this—the best is yet to come. To provide you with some visibility into our business, our key areas of focus for the next six months will be to continue to accomplish the following: - Building a first class management team - Continuing to invest in our technology platform - Expanding our regional office footprint In May, we moved many of these key milestones forward: Team: I am pleased to announce that Boundless Network has recently hired Gary Kofnovec as our CFO to lead the Company’s financial efforts. Gary was formerly the CFO at Norwood and knows how to build a team and financial model to support the Boundless Network vision. Over the next few months, reach out to Gary and discuss how we can better partner with our key suppliers. Technology: Most exciting for the Company is the release of BrandForge v2. I believe that this technology will provide companies with a smarter alternative to company store programs. We have invested millions of dollars in this product, and our salespeople are receiving unbelievable feedback from their customers. In June, Cindy Goldsberry and team will be doing a traveling release roadshow in each Boundless regional market. Expansion: During the past 30 days, Pat Barry and I have been doing our own version of “planes, trains and automobiles.” In addition to consuming plenty of brat, 9-year-old cheese and local beverages, we are talking with some great folks about the Boundless Network model. Our plan is to open an office in the Midwest market within the next 90 days. In Texas, Colin McCluskey is pleased to announce that we are official in cow-town (Fort Worth). This new office is led by Charmaine Poteet. Again, thank you for being a great partner with Boundless Network. May has been another very busy month for Boundless Network. I continue to be pleased with our progress in building a top distributorship model. Reflecting on the last 24 months, it is exciting to see the momentum we have established, but I can promise you this—the best is yet to come.

NEW FACES AT BOUNDLESS NETWORK In our continued quest to attract the top talent in the industry, Boundless Network has several exciting announcements from May. The Company added a new key member to the management team, as well as adding more talented people to our regional sales offices and corporate headquarters.

GARY KOFNOVEC | Chief Financial OfficerGary previously served as CFO of Norwood Promotional Products, which was the industry’s largest supplier during his tenure. Gary has served as a senior executive and CFO of other large and rapidly growing private and public companies such as EZCORP, Xetel and Rackspace. ACCOUNTING TEAM

MICHAEL CACKLER | Accounts PayableMichael joins Boundless Network from HealthTronics, a medical technology company based in Austin, TX, where he served for three years as accounts payable team leader in charge of special projects.

LOGOMARK CLIENT HAPPY HOUR A SUCCESSThe Dallas office experienced a tremendous turnout for its happy hour at the Logomark Dallas Design Center. Approximately 85 clients joined Boundless Network sales professionals and executives for a fun evening of product browsing and brainstorming. Thanks to Logomark for hosting this fantastic event!

Q2 SALES CONTEST IN FULL SWINGIn the spirit of baseball season, Boundless Network kicked off the “Home Run Challenge,” a sales competition for Q2 that challenges each Boundless regional office to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. The contest awards “runs” to offices for both top sales and high margins. The Home Run Challenge is a follow-up to our Q1 sales contest, which rewarded salespeople for doing business with our top vendors. Be sure to check in with the members of the regional offices to see if you can assist them as they push each other to achieve higher sales goals.

I am excited about leveraging my experience as CFO of one of the largest suppliers in the industry to help Boundless Network reach its goal of becoming the premier distributor in the industry.

Significant financing from our equity partners is already in place to continue fueling immediate growth. My initial focus will be on achieving operational excellence to support our increasingly rapid growth. In our short history we’ve demonstrated our commitment to implementing industry-leading technology to help industry salespeople significantly increase their efficiencies and sales.

I will use my supplier experience to establish close partnerships with vendors, enabling us to fully integrate our systems and processes so we will both be more profitable.

BRANDFORGE V2 MAKES ITS DEBUTBrandForge v2 debuted in May with more than 70 new features and updates designed to give end-users a seamless experience when using the technology to leverage their promotional dollars. Feedback from users has been

overwhelmingly positive and clients continue to spread the word about BrandForge.

FIVE-CITY BRANDFORGE V2 SHOWCASE TOUR PLANNEDA five-city BrandForge Showcase Tour kicked off June 12 in Dallas, Texas and will travel to each Boundless Network sales region.
