The works in this section comprises the installation of 900 Nos 100mm diameter bakau piles.

Piling shall commence from general formation level. Prices for driving shall include for moving of pile frame about the site, arising or lowering them , providing all necessary staging and redriving of heaved piles.

Allow the provision of all necessary piling equipment plants, tools and ancillary equipment and for their transportation to the site, handling, assembling, moving about on the site as required and removal off the site after completion of the work and for 'any idle standing time. This item shall also include any excavation filling earth to make up levels, all to the satisfaction and approval from the S.O

Excavate and get out, part return fill in and ram and deposit and spread in making up level where directed and reminder load and cart away from site :-

50mm Thick blinding screed, spread and levelled under concrete base

Steel mesh fabric reinforcement to M.S 145 well lapped at joints including notching around and bending as required (measured nett - no allowance made for laps) as described :-

Edges of concrete exceeding 200mm but not exceeding 300mm high

Stone block in random rubble walling built in approved granite rock sized 150mm-300mm bedded, jointed and neatly pointed in cement mortar (1:3)

50mm Diameter approved earthern ware pipe average length 650mm as weepholes built into rubble wall and including approved geofabric wrapped around 300mm x 300mm x 300mm approved aggregrate as filtering media.
