The diverse, and ever-changing demographic of Lexington, Ky makes it hard for small business owners

and the local self-employed to be successful year round. The Lexington population may range from college

partiers to wealthy horse lovers many different times of the year. In order for the self employed and small business owners to survive, they must appeal to the

masses.

The design proposal for Brew & Bite, a restaurant/bar located in downtown Lexington attempts to do just that.
