•Navy to commence process with issuance of “Notice of Availability” which will notify other federal agencies that the property is available – April 2008
•Remaining property will be declared Surplus and made available for redevelopment planning and non-federal ownership – June 2008
•Navy Lodge and Navy Hospital sites appear ready for quick disposal
Still require Homeless Provider, NEPA, NHPA and CERCLA compliance
