Private LTE at High Band

• Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS)• 3.5 GHz • Currently available spectrum and devices• 80 MHz unlicensed (GAA)• 70 MHz licensed (PALs)

• Nearly every county is licensed • Licensees paid between $1,000 and

$52 million per county• Lease and purchase options

• Requires SAS operations, certified installer

• Other Potential Options• 4.9 GHz band now dedicated to

public safety use• 6 GHz under FCC consideration for

unlicensed use

Page 12: BROADBAND SOLUTIONS VIA PRIVATE LTE

12

Private LTE at 900 MHz

• 3 MHz uplink / 3 MHz downlink

• Awaiting FCC Public Notice to permit applications to secure broadband licenses

• Broadband licenses will be to the county level

• FCC criteria permits Anterix to apply for the broadband licenses throughout the overwhelming area of the country

• Anterix business model is to lease capacity for Private LTE deployment on a county basis – case by case pricing

• Device compatibility consistent with 3GPP Band 8 – new devices are moving through the certification process

• No SAS operations requirement

Highly Scalable Solution

More spectrum increases LTE data speeds

More sites can be added for additional coverage and capacity

Increase licensed capacity

More LTE transmit power creates greater coverage
