Problem Solving & Decision Making is an interactive, out-come-focused workshop that blends team development with rational and creative critical thinking processes to create a comprehensive approach to problem solving, decision making, and planning. Over sixty percent of this program involves participants in learner-driven activities and on-the-job application. The course offers a dynamic blend of instructor presentation, on-the-work-related con-cerns brought by participants. Principles of teamwork and effective meeting management are practiced by partici-pants throughout the workshop.

TÜV Middle East Certificate will be issued to all at-tendees.Course Fee mentioned is per delegate.Avail an attractive 10% discount on course fee if you register 30 days before course start date.Courses will be conducted during the designated dates at a 4 star or 5 star hotel in the designated city.Payments to be made in advance. Exact venue of the training will be notified two weeks prior to course start date.This rate includes course notes, buffet lunch, coffee/tea on arrival, morning and afternoon of each day.Accomodation is not included in course fees. Dr. Loradonna Botter has over 23 years industry experi-ence and holds a PhD in Organization and Management. As a seasoned human resources and organizational ef-fectiveness professional, Loradonna has designed and facilitated globally acclaimed training programs for all lev-els within organizations. She has been a part time college instructor for 8 years helping hundreds of students with their academic achievements.

Loradonna created two organizational universities devel-oping over 70 courses for professional and personal de-velopment. In addition, she has designed and implement-ed leadership certification programs in various industries including oil and gas, hospitals, and manufacturing orga-nizations.Dr. Botter has extensive experience transforming organi-zational cultures and building capacity at all levels. She develops and implements creative programs and projects to enhance workplace culture, improve retention, increase cost savings, and assists management with strategy cre-ation.

Dr. Botter’s doctoral dissertation studied the impact of in-corporating lean manufacturing principles including Six Sigma, 5S, and the Toyota Quality production system into an administrative environment. Her formal education in-cludes a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma, a Master’s degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology, and an adult train-ing certificate.
