Do record producers, marketing managers and performers need to work together?

• Yes they all have to work together in order to make the business and work load easier and more successful, because performers have to concentrate on preforming in an excellent way to keep the audience captivated. Therefore they cannot focus on marketing their material or producing their material. Marketing managers and performers need to work together to discuss about how they will publicize their CD, if they need to go on radio, television or live. Record producers and marketing managers need to work together to discuss how the album will look, what they can add or take away and in a way finalize the whole thing between themselves and the performer.
