Special Operations

Special Ops Team• Special Operations is divided into teams as needed. There is no head of Special Operations; it is simply a space for temporary offices to be created or experimented with. For instance, there may be an Ivy League Tv Station Outreach Initiative. This would be one of our special operations.

• Special Ops also harbors particularly large station objectives that the Station Manager would want to oversee, such as the current issue of where BTV will operate out of in the future, or in contacting notable Alumnae.

•Special Operations projects are given “Project Leaders” who will report to the Station Manager and the Executive Board as needed.

• Projects will be given aliases for confidentiality purposes.

Station Division•You are a member of BTV first, then your division, then your department, and so on. So don’t feel narrowed, and be willing to help out wherever needed. Station Manager leads BTV.

• Anybody can be a producer, but your BTV job comes before your producer job.
