1st – Look at your Schedule from the start and finish of your day.

2nd – Understand that if you are currently working a job that you have to use

your time wisely.

3rd – Make the plan adjustable to unseen circumstances.

4rd – Asses your progress and conquer the Yellow – The Job!!!

So what do you do that is Business Oriented?Understand your Color Matrix

Most of the Time that we spend working on Business is Non – Productive

We get caught off guard by phone calls-mails and non money productive activities that

give us Zero Accomplishment.

So what do we do to eliminate these Non – Productive Activities?

Let me start by giving you a list of the things that you will want to start going before you

continue to go down the same path that you have always been going down or worst –

Stop production all together.

Once again this list will vary depending on how much time you are will to dedicated to

your business, family and unseen events that happen in each and everyone's lives.

These next slides will be ideas of many paths that you can choose to follow or tailor to

your unique situations.

There are various ideas and formulations to how we conduct business.

The key to becoming successful is to gain momentum and add massive actions to all

things that you intend to implement.

So here is your List of Activities that we need to cover to get you on the right track.

1. Failing to Plan is planning to Fail!!!

You must set goals and task for the month, the week and the day.

Do you have a true plan in place.

2. Use a stopwatch or a Timer!!!

60 min intervals – Give yourself intervals to complete task. If you

do not finish your task in the hour move on.

Finish it the next day when you have that activity scheduled.

3. 90% of Time – Dedicate to MMA (Money Making Activities)

Writing, or Producing content, drive online traffic and following up

with prospects – That is it!!!

4. Never Multi Task.

Multi Tasking is not efficient and lessens your overall I.Q.

Set your task in increments so that you will not over load your mind

and can focus on the current task at hand.

Remember that you have to protect your mind and body.

Make sure during your Breaks to Drink Water and Take in Fresh Air

This is very vital in conjunction to your mental health you will also

need to protect your physical health. Breathing Exercises and

Physical Development are very important to your overall success in

all activities that you pursue.

Junk food is a no no. Make sure that you are taking in quality and

healthy foods and fruits. With the combination of exercise you will

gain massive energy.

Make sure that you get up and go to bed at the same times each

and everyday.
