NORWEGIAN PETROLEUM ACADEMY – NPA
For over 20 years, Norwegian Petroleum Academy has supplied training and competence for the oil and gas industry. Our commitment is to offer the best instructional programs, e-learning solutions and training services for the oil and gas industry worldwide.
NPA is specialized in offshore and subsea drilling and production. We have a staff of 15 in addition to more than 100 subject matter specialists.
NPA provides a variety of training services for clients in several parts of the world.
The main objective for our clients is to ensure that each member of their workforce is competent to execute his/her work. The goal is to train local staff so that each employee develops skills necessary to perform his/her job to the company’s standard of competence.
Our specialists work with clients to obtain a training strategy. Together we build competence models for operational onshore and offshore
personnel including the staff and supporting workers. Furthermore, we identify the knowledge required to achieve the agreed objectives and increase the efficiency.
