Introduction History: H&M, full Hennes & Mamitz, is
the company by its founder Erling Persson in 1947.
Location and Industry: At present the company in Europe and North America's 29 countries and regions have its retail sales of goods each year, more than 5,5 million pieces.
Problem: the company exist some quality problems that harm customers’ health, which are focused on by the market and consumers all over the world.
Solution: company should focus on the processes of operating and evaluating.

Conclusion
As far as H&M’s situation, the necessary problem is the harmful clothing quality that makes amount of customers scared. In order to increase the sales, the company had better to make strategies about the processes of producing and evaluating the clothing.
