your New Years goals, chunked them down, made them all align

with congruency and are finally focused. Yes, this is going to be

“your dream-come-true-year!”

You deserve more and you deserve better. This is your year; you have learned somuch and now it is time to finally put this new and practical knowledge into action. The experts agree, knowledge is the first step to power and action is the critical secondstep.

around your patients and within your community andprofession? If your answer is yes to any and all of theabove pivotal questions than I urge you to do the fol-lowing:

Draw a line in the sand once and for all and holdyourself to a much higher standard and ask a few peo-ple closest to you to hold you to it. Take immediateaction on what it is that you are prepared to work for.Create an energy field, initiate the projects, get yourselforganized and then prioritize your actions. Yes, do themost important things first, even if they are the mostchallenging. Set up reminders to hold you to take con-sistent and persistent action. Work on what you wantevery single day. I mean really work at it, createmomentum and stay focused on the end result.

Establish your team that you train so well and trustso much that you delegate major responsibilities tothem and hold them to a much higher standard.Master the basics, the little things that mean so much, the little things that make the big things big. Get upearlier, engage your daily hour of power, write downyour goals, visualize your success in advance and put abigger bounce in your step. Adjust far more specifi-cally and expect more miracles from your uncondition-ally loving care. Know in advance that every patientwill respond well and improve the quality of their lifebecause they came into your life.

Every day write in your success journal what youtraded today in for, do more regular and better re-exams and tell the chiropractic story more effectivelyand more emotionally than ever before. Listen to yourinner voice and get out of your left brained analyticalmind. Go with your hunches; trust yourself and theuniverse more.

Make it part of your purpose to lift those aroundyou up with your kind and caring comments. See thegood in all others and realize that everyone loves you.Raise your vibration by loving yourself, by being thehealthiest you can be, by getting adjusted weekly andby eating healthier. Set up your marketing calendarand create an event driven practice. Create multiplestreams of new patients so your practice and your self-esteem are always on the grow. Be more authenticand genuine with those around you. Speak your mind, tell your truth and stop allowing outside influences toaffect who you are on the inside.

Stop being distracted by staying more focused andby living in the moment more often. Be more aware, more awake and pay more attention to what is goingon around you. Intentionally build more and strongerrelationships with your patients, family, staff andfriends. Become their best friend. Create a courtshipwith them so that they truly know how much you careand that you will always be there for them. Do youraffirmations with certainty and with emotions daily.Develop a “Yes I can” attitude to whatever questioncomes your way and realize that you were chosen to be

a healer and a Doctor of Chiropractic for an importantreason.

I realize that this is a lot to do and a big commitmentto make…but you and your dream are worth it. Createa new neurological link in your brain about how all ofthis will make your life more magnificent and removethe linkage that implies that this is difficult or just notyou. If you truly want your life to get better…youhave to get better, so go for it my friend.

Taking consistent and persistent action is the key toyour growth this year. “I will no longer put off, evenfor one day, what needs to get done. I finally under-stand that winners do whatever needs to be done, when it needs to be done, if they like it or not.”

So if this is your dream come true year…what areyour dreams? What exactly and specifically do youwant to accomplish? What is your desired outcomethis year? When you look back twelve months fromnow, what will you be most proud of? Which goalswill you have accomplished and most importantly, who will you have become in the process? This entireprocess requires some inner reflection because the bet-ter you know yourself the higher the probability youwill succeed. Do you move away from pain or towardpleasure? It is essential that you get leverage on your-self to take action and to continually motivate yourself.
