1. PRE-SELECTION OF COMPANIES/ CONTACTSWhere: ATF Matchmaking Selection @ JubliaWhen: 1 – 12 November 2021
This is the opportunity for you to select and shortlist the companies/ contacts that you intend to meet during the ATF Business Matchmaking Meeting Days. Add to your wish list people you’ve longed to make business connections with! Note: No actual meetings take place here during this period.
1. You will receive your personalised log-in details from ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia via email on 1 November 2021.
2. Log in to ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia using the link and passcode provided in the email.
3. Once you are logged-in, click the “Search” tab to view the list of buyer. You can filter based on your preferred requirements i.e. content genre or country/regions.
4. Click on the “Bookmark” icon if you would like to meet the buyer.
5. Please choose up to 40 selections by 12 November 2021, 23:59 (GMT+8).
6. The ATF Business Matchmaking Team will arrange the meetings for you, based on the selections and mutual matches from both parties.
7. You will receive the final meeting schedule confirmation email from the ATF Matchmaking Team by 30 November 2021. These meetings will be held on ATF Online+ from 6 - 8 December 2021.

1. Visit https://e.jublia.com/ATFMatchmaking2021/Enter your passcode that was sent by ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia on 1st November.
2. You will land on the landing page which display some recommendations for you. To start making your own selections, click on ‘Meet’ and select the 'Search' tab to view the list of Buyers.
3. Click on the 'Bookmark' icon if you’d like to meet the Buyer.Click on the ‘Archive’ if you’d like to hide the profile. Archived profile can only be retrieved in the Archived tab on the top menu.
4. Click on the ‘BOOKMARKED’ tab to see your selections. Please choose up to 40 selections by 12 November 2021, 23:59 (GMT+8).

1. You will receive your activation email from ATF Online+ on the week of 22 November 2021.
2. Log in to ATF Online+ using the link and unique access code provided in the email.
3. Explore ATF Online+ features, browse through the attendee, programme and screening library directories, and arrange your own organic meetings.
4. Please also check your ATF Online+ calendar regularly. From 30 November 2021, you will be able to see the schedule of your confirmed ATF Business Matchmaking Meetings here.
3. START YOUR MEETINGS!Where: ATF Online+When: 6 – 8 December 2021You have earlier indicated your wish list of who you want to meet. Now, meet them and create new business opportunities at ATF Online+!The ATF Business Matchmaking Meetings takes place now, from 6 to 8 December 2021.
1. By now, you would have already accessed ATF Online+. If you haven’t done so, please look for your ATF Online+ activation email, sent to you during the week of 22 November 2021. Follow the steps mentioned in the previous page.
2. Do check your ATF Online+ calendar for the schedule of your confirmed ATF Business Matchmaking Meetings. You will be able to view this from 30 November 2021 onwards.
3. Simply join your meetings at the confirmed date and time!

< Step 1: Once you are logged in to ATF Online+, click on “My Schedule” tab located on the homepage or left navigation bar
< Step 2: Your schedule will be displayed, with your confirmed meetings pre-populated here.
You can join your meetings from here, on the scheduled date and time!
FAQ - ATF Business Matchmaking Meetings
1. When will these meetings be held? These meetings will be held from Monday to Wednesday, 6 – 8 December 2021.
2. Where will the meetings be held?The meetings will be held on the event platform, ATF Online+. You will receive an email to ATF Online+ with the login credentials on the week of 22 November 2021.
3. How many meetings do I get in this ATF Business Matchmaking Programme?You will receive up to 8 virtual meetings.
4. How do I know which meetings are confirmed?
You will receive a final meeting schedule confirmation email from the Matchmaking Team no later by 30 November
2021. From the event platform at ATF Online+, under My Schedule, you will be able to see the list of confirmed
meetings as well.
Please be informed that your meeting schedule are subject to changes as buyers and exhibitors might reschedule the
meetings at their own discretion. As a precautionary measure, always refer to your online calendar under My
Schedule for the latest updates.

5. Where do I see my calendar on ATF Online+?Upon logging in to ATF Online+, click on My Schedule tab (located on the left navigation panel). You will be able to see your confirmed meetings here.
6. Am I able to share my slides or videos on the day of ATF Business Matchmaking meetings?Yes, you would be able to share your slides or videos during your ATF Business Matchmaking meetings.
7. Is it possible to add in another colleague of mine to join me in the meeting?It is possible to have more than one person in the video meetings. Once the first meeting invitee has accepted your meeting request, the meeting is deemed to be confirmed. You will see the button Add Invitee+, which allows you to add more participants to the meeting.
8. What happens if the other meeting party did not show up?Please notify the ATF Matchmaking Team in the event that the other meeting party did not show up. We will connect both parties via email to allow you to facilitate the conversations.

9. Can I reschedule my confirmed ATF Business Matchmaking meetings to another date and time?You may do so on your own via ATF Online+. You just need to connect with the other party via ATF Online+, and drop a message to arrange a suitable date and time with him/her. Once you reach an agreement on the revised date and time, you may proceed to lock it down on your ATF Online+ calendar. ATF Online+ video meeting function is available from 1 – 10 Dec 2021.
10. What do I do if I encounter any technical difficulties on the day of the virtual meeting?Please reach out to our ATF Business Matchmaking Team at [email protected]. The team will be able assist you with any difficulties you face.
11. What will happen if I do not manage to achieve 8 virtual meetings within 6 - 8 December 2021?Ideally, we strive to deliver all meetings between 6 and 8 December 2021. Understandably, there is always a chance that your matched meeting partners may not be available during those dates, especially due to time differences and other commitments. Therefore, some meetings may be held beyond 8 December 2021. We will work with you and all meeting parties to arrange for the best suitable time and date for the meetings to take place.
12. Can I arrange my own meetings on top of the pre-arranged ATF Business Matchmaking Meetings?Of course you can, and you should! ATF Online+ is the platform for you to make new connections or reconnect with old ones! Browse through the attendee directory on ATF Online+ when it opens on 1 December 2021, and start arranging your own organic meetings with profiles that interest you.

1. What is ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia?This platform allows you to browse and shortlist companies/ contacts that you hope to meet during the actual ATFBusiness Matchmaking Meeting Days. This platform is only available on 1 – 12 November 2021.
2. Is ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia the same as ATF Online+?No, it is not. The pre-selection process takes place BEFORE the actual event days, on ATF Matchmaking Selection @Jublia, between 1 and 12 November 2021. It is separate and independent of ATF Online+.Thereafter, your selections will be moved by the ATF Matchmaking Team to your ATF Online+ calendar.
ATF Online+ goes live on 1 December 2021. Your actual meetings will take place at ATF Online+ from 6 December 2021 onwards.You will be given separate access emails and passcodes for both.
3. When will I receive my log in credentials for ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia to select the matches?You will receive an email with your log in credentials for ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia on 1 November 2021.
4. I did not receive the log in email. Can you help me?The log in email is sent by [email protected]. Please check your junk folder for this sender. You may whitelistthis sender – right click on the email and choose “Never Block Sender”.Alternatively, you may contact the ATF Matchmaking Team at [email protected] and we will assist toresend your login information.

5. What is the deadline to select the matches?The ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia will close at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 12th November 2021. You will have to make your selections before the deadline.
6. How do I select the matches? Click on the “Bookmark” icon if you are interested in the company.
7. How do I see my list of selections?Click on “Bookmarked” to see your selections. You may refer to page 5 for an example.
8. What does the icons stands for? Bookmark – I want to meet this company.Archive – This profile will be hidden and can only be retrieved in Archived on the top menu.
9. I have completed my submission but would like to amend my selections now. How can I do so?You may amend your selections any time on ATF Matchmaking Selection @ Jublia but please take note that the platform will close at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 12th November 2021. After this deadline, no further amendments can be made.
