• If you want to create and sell your own products and services, write down your top 3 products and services.

• Products include digital and physical. – Digital products include eBooks, video trainings,

recorded webinar/teleconference series, reports, collection of templates, worksheets, graphics, etc.

– Physical products include any product that is tangible including CDs, DVDs, and hard copies of books/reports. Physical products need to be shipped to the customers.

• Services include coaching, consulting, live trainings, live workshops, live webinar series, mentoring, mastermind calls, and similar that can be delivered via web, phone, or face to face. – Specific services can also be directly linked to the

business model

• You need to estimate your startup costs (how much money in total would you need to start your business?)– What tools/products do you need to purchase for

developing your own products/services? What trainings/workshops do you need to attend?

– What business supplies/office furniture do you need to buy before you start your business?

– Costs of business license, registration, legal, etc– Do you need to hire any staff before starting your

business? – Do you need to pay rent/lease fee before starting your

business and generating income?• You also need to know your budget (how much

money/budget do you have to cover the costs?)• Based on the revenue sources and the costs

involved (capital costs and operating costs), estimate your revenue as well as your costs and net profit for years 1 to 3.
