Meson double eccentric high performance valves are used for demanding applications in e.g. chemical tankers. Valve bodies and discs are mainly different grades of stainless steel. Available with exchangeable metallic or PTFE seats with fire safe approval.

Meson butterfly valves are available from stock as wafer/lug/flanged type, in sizes from DN32 to DN700. We offer high quality valves with bodies in nodular cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel and aluminum bronze. Disc material available in aluminum bronze, stainless steel or special alloys. Other sizes and materials can be offered upon request.

DESIGN FEATURES
Meson rubber lined butter fly valves are designed and manu-factured for tough and demanding applications. All types of valves, wafer, lug or double flanged are produced according to the same design priciples:
• Available up to PN25 for lined centric butterfly valves
• High tensile strength spindle material with superior corrosive resistance
• Disc retaining pins of Duplex quality
• Vulcanized rubber liners with integrated double O-rings for ultimate media to spindle sealing
• Standard top flange for easy and safe fitting of gearbox or actuators
• Endurable epoxy coated valve body
• Cast in Class approved foundry

A QUALITY PRODUCT
Valves are produced and tested to meet the high require-ments given by the Class Societies and International stan-dards. Relevant 2.2, 3.1 or 3.2 - certificates are delivered together with the products upon request.
Meson is approved by DNV, LR, RINA and RMRS to issue product certificates on their behalf.
This arrangement gives Meson a high level of flexibility and ability to meet short delivery time in order to assist our customer. We have 24h service availability and can arrange the complete logistic solution.
