My Favorite Book

My favorite book is Ellie Mcdoodle Most Valuable Player By: Ruth McNally Barshaw. I think the book is great because it’s about soccer. Ellie is bad at soccer and I was bad at soccer when I stared. Also my family is very silly and her family is very silly too. I’m making a text to self connection. At the end of the book she is awesome at soccer.

The Best Thing That Happened This Year

The best thing that happened this year was my birthday celebration. I felt so happy that all the people in my class were so happy it was my birthday. I was really happy I was 8. Eight was a big deal for me. Later that day I was even happier day.

My Favorite Classroom ActivityMy favorite

classroom activity is Morning Meeting. We get to tell what we did over the weekend and what we are going to do over the weekend coming up.

Personal Information Rosa Parks was born onFebruary 4,1913. Rosa

Parks was born in Tuskegee, Alabama. She died on October 24, 2005

When Rosa was young she lived with her brother, her mom Leona and her dad James.

She was homeschooled. She went to high school and graduated from high School.

Accomplishments

Rosa stood up for what she believed in and what Rosa Parks believed in was black and white people being treated the same way.

Rosa started the famous Bus Boycott that gave black people

Freedom to sit where they want on a bus.

Fun Facts

Rosa Parks liked to go fishing with Grandma and Grandpa when she little girl.

She and her brother went to school with one room. There were no buses for them.
