WHAT IS HEALTH & WELLNESS?

Health: is known as a state of total physical, mental and social well-being and not just the lack of disease or illness Wellness : Normally mean’s a healthy stability of the mind, body and spirit that results in an total reaction of well-being. Health is as

important as life itself in that if one is

healthy it means being happy, doing

things that one wants to do, working well

and being comfortable. Being

healthy means much more than material

wealth. That is why a person must take

good care of his or her health while at a

young age.

Healthy Eating• Healthy consumption is a

very crucial aspect in your health and wellness, most fatty and sugary foods lead you to get physically sick and you may get food poisoning from others a variety of foods . Its important to learn about what your putting into your body before its too late and you have many problems such as heart disease , diabetes and high cholesterol.

Why is sleep so important for us? Each person needs a certain amount of rest and sleep to remain healthy.Through our waking moments our nerve cells are constantly active and become more or less fatigued. Sleep gives the body cells an chance of ridding themselves of waste and of repairing themselves, in fact most growth happens when your asleep.Every person needs at least 8 hours of sleep to have a full efficient day after.

3. Every Person that wants to live an healthy life should exercise frequently. Its important because If you don't use your body, you will surely lose it. Your muscles will become flabby and weak. Your heart and lungs won't function efficiently And your joints will be stiff and easily injured.

Positive Situations

Positive relationships are important to maintain a sense of goodwill inside ourselves, a negative

relationship is not good as you spend your time fighting

for what you want and feeling bad if you keep

getting put down. I believe we need positive

relationships, we all need to be supported and comforted and spend good times with other people and have fun.

Regular doctor visits

Its a Awfully good choice if you wanting yourself to become more healthy by seeing

doctors and dentist appointments by preventing disease and weakening your

immune system. Doctors have discovered that if health conditions are noted earlier,

there are cures otherwise you will find your self being extremely ill.

WATER AND CLEANLINESS6.

Water is necessary to all living things.

Water is all around us, in the air and in the ground. It is in

milk, vegetables, fruit, meat, leaves, trunks, roots,

and branches of a tree.

Water is used for many things , people should drink 8 glasses of water each day

to stay healthy.

Feeling clean is important for health and self-esteem, and appearing clean is important for relationships with others and how you like to be considered by others. its also important to keep your environment and house clean as dirt and bacteria is the very thing that weakens the immune system

mental and spiritual health

When suffering from long lasting illness, loss, depression, etc. it is

important to find a way to heal the spirit. Whether it be through a

religious organization or through your own searching, it is critical to have someone in your life who can

help you find a way of healing.

Maintaining a healthy balance is critical for good health.  A

diseased mind creates a diseased body.  You need the time to heal

the mind and spirit and allow your body to function in a perfect state

of mind.
