CALLING ALL FAMILIES! Welcome to Blue Man Group!

It is our pleasure to welcome you and your family to today’s performance of Blue Man Group. We are excited for you to join our show experience and look forward to the fun. To enhance our time together, we have some helpful tips to share with you and your family to help prepare for the performance.

Please check out the information below and if you have any questions, a Front of House staff member will be glad to help.

• OUR SHOW IS LOUD! Our show can reach levels as loud as a rock concert. These sound levels might bring you

back to your days of jamming in the garage with your band but for the little ones in the audience, you may like to consider protection. Please see a member of our Front of House for complimentary earplugs.

• The Blue Men will come out into the audience during the performance. They might look

directly at you and/or interact with you and your family. This is all fun (we swear) but

could be a bit overwhelming to some children. If your kids need to leave

the theater for a moment, please remember that, as long as you’re careful, you can leave the theater at any time. Though we can’t guarantee a Blue Man won’t be sitting in your seat when you

return.

• You will see things fly through the air and in the audience. Several things. And a few non-things, too! When this happens, enjoy it! But for safety purposes, please also keep a keen eye on your children and personal belongings.

• Though our show will turn into an awesome party, we do require that all kids remain in their seats or on their guardian’s lap at all times. Please don’t put your children on your shoulders at any point during the show. This is for the safety of all of our patrons and performers.

• We use strobe lights and water-based haze during the show. If you feel this might be problematic for you or your family members please see a member of our Front of House staff to let them know and then they can later escort you out of the theatre at a time where these elements will be in use.

• While we encourage exuberance and fun, disruptive behavior takes enjoyment out of the performance for all of our patrons. Disruptive patrons may be asked to leave the theatre and may not be admitted back into the performance at the discretion of the House Manager.
