OCEAN MASTER DD120 BILGE PUMPSThe choice are two types: Model DD120M is approved bythe Department of Trade and Industry as a lifeboat pump. It has handwheels mounted on swivel arms, and isotherwise the same as Model DD120A pump, where thehandwheels are mounted on long studs. The DD120A isdesigned to be mounted under deck and is suppliedcomplete with a deck plate and seal. The large solids handling ability of the DD120 pumps make them ideal for bilge and for holding tank pump out. Capacity 136 lpm (30 galls). Removable stainless steel handle.

1. Cut the edge of the pipesquarely with a pipe cutter(do not use a hacksaw)and remove any burrs orsharp edges.For plastic tube the use of apipe insert is recommended as itgives greater rigidity to the pipereducing the risk of leaks if a sideload is applied.

2. Push pipe up to stop. An ‘O’ ring on the head of the pipe insert, as well asthe shape of the stem provides a secondary seal against the bore of thefitting, this together with the main ‘O’ ring ensures a good connection.

Standard Speedfit FittingsStandard Speedfit Fittings have a collet with stainless steel teeth to gripthe pipe and an ‘O’ ring to provide a permanent leakproof seal. Collet clips and collet covers protect against accidental disconnection.

TO DISCONNECT• Ensure that the system is depressurised.• The screwcap on Twist and Lock fitting will need to be

turned back to the unlocked position.• Push the collet square against the face of the fitting by

using fingers or with the help of our collet release tool.• With the collet held in position the pipe can be removed. • The fitting can be reused again without the need for

replacement parts.

• The functioning cycle is completely automatic and eliminates wastewater bya high-performance turbine pump that allows wastewater drainage up to aheight of 11m and a distance of 90m These characteristics give greatfreedom of choice in the routing of the pipes

• The turbine drainage system due to its revolving speed, enables a completefragmentation of the organic residues, thus avoiding any possibility ofclogging

CHOICE OF TWO CONTROL PANELS:• One Switch Control Panel: After use of the toilet, pressing the pushbutton

starts a completely automatic flushing cycle as in a normal W.C.• Two Switch Control Panel: In stage 1 the empty bowl fills with clean

water & in stage 2 the waste is expelled leaving the bowl empty &clean. The cycle is completely automatic, & easy to use. Stage 2 isusable for liquid waste only, thus reducing water consumption.

• Both panels can indicate when the holding tank is full, if used with atank sensor (optional extra), enabling the user to clear the foul tank out as necessary.

• Both panels supplied with both a black and an off white bezel.

PLUS MODEL

The Silence Plus is similar to the Standard Modelbut has a larger bowl & footprint

The same bowl dimensions of the silence plus (the most comfortabletoilet in the Silence range), but with a lower height to allow installationon a step when the standard size toilet would be positioned too high (a part of the components will be installed below the step).
