PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Camas Kentucky bluegrass is a cool-season grass with a deep rhizome system of underground runners. Kentucky bluegrass is one of the most popular choices for lawn areas in Northern America because of its versatility. It is adapted from Maine to Washington State, and as far south as Pennsylvania, Indiana, Nebraska, and Colorado.

• Camas thrives under moderate to low levels of maintenance

• It can be used by itself, but is best used in mixtures with other species

• Use Camas anywhere a sturdy low-upkeep turf is desired

MIXTURES: For greater diversity and longevity in your turfgrass stand, consider mixing Camas with other bluegrass varieties or other grass species. Camas is not overly aggressive and will not take over. We suggest mixing Camas with perennial ryegrass for a more wear-tolerant turf. For shade areas, add creeping red fescue to the mixture. SEEDING RATE:

New establishment: 2-3 lbs. per 1,000 sq.ft. Overseeding into existing turf: 3-4 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft.
