Sessions will be charged in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 24 hours notice. All treatment courses, including those to be part of an insurance claim, must be paid for in advance. Individual sessions must be paid for on the day of treatment. Dogs with infectious or contagious conditions, such as ear, eye, skin infections, gastric upset, kennel cough and so on will not be treated. Owners are advised to cancel all appointments with at least 24 hours notice, until the condition is clear. Normal cancellation conditions will apply. Owners are requested not to feed their dog for at least 3 hours before attending an appointment, and to ensure that the dog has done it's ablutions before arriving. We also advise not to feed for approx. 1 hours after swimming. A surcharge of £60.00 will be made for dogs that foul the pool. This is to cover cost of draining and cleaning the pool, as we will have to cancel further treatments that day. Dogs will not be treated without the prior authorization of their veterinary surgeon. Please ensure your dogs vaccinations are up to date and bring their records with you on their initial assessment.
