Camping Inside Story By: Andrew Frinkle

Henry loved to go camping.

He liked to put up a tent. He liked to make campfires. He liked to roast marshmallows. He liked to sleep under the stars. Henry did not like mosquitoes.

Henry’s family was going to go camping. Then it started to rain. Henry’s family could not go camping. What could they do?

Henry had an idea! He could save the day. They would camp inside at home. It would be just as fun.

Henry put up his tent in the living room. They sat around a heater, not a fire. They melted marshmallows in the microwave. They put glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling. There were no mosquitoes inside!

Camping inside was fun. It was just like camping outside. They had a great time.
