Types of Carbohydrates

Simple sugars are monosaccharide's › fructose, glucose, galactose› Candy, fruits, soda, honey

Disaccharides: sucrose, maltose, and lactose. Complex carbohydrates:

polysaccharides rice, cereals, vegetables, starches,

and flour.
