MAINTENANCE WORKER

The ideal candidate will have some experience in maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical, grounds-keeping, carpentry/drywall, and painting as well as general knowledge in automotive routine maintenance and repair. This individual will work as a team member in providing repairs and maintenance to all Agency facilities, including offices, public spaces, housing units, and grounds.

Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must.

The Manufacturing Supervisor effectively leads the Mixing and Calender teams to meet customer needs through effective problem solving, communication, technical expertise, training, and interpersonal influence. This is a night shift opportunity. REQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements): • High School diploma or equivalent - required • Associates degree in related field and/or 3+ years as a Front Line Supervisor or equivalent experience - Preferred • A minimum of 1+ years of demonstrated front line leadership experience in a manufacturing environment • Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point • Proficient in LEAN or WCM - Preferred • Ability to work a flexible schedule when required (24/7 day/week operation)
