CAREER ASSIGNMENT SEARCH AND INTERVIEWING

G O A L / E X P E C T A T I O N

I am excited that you have chosen to move forward with planning a strategy for your job search and career. We will start with the Adult Job Search Coaching Program. Usually, this is a two to four-month process and may take up to 15 hours. It is recommended that you begin with the Highlands Ability Battery Assessment to provide a baseline of your innate abilities as well as information that will be used to enhance your powerful resume, create your LinkedIn profile and enable you to articulate your strengths during an interview.

G R O U N D R U L E S

1.  Client meets/calls the coach at the scheduled time. 2.  Client and Coach agrees to abide by the Coaching Policies

and Procedures. Coach has permission to be direct, through constructive feedback.

3.  The Coach will be honest and straight forward, and expects the same from the client.

4.  Client will insist on getting the coaching needed. 5.  All documents and templates are proprietary information and

copyrighted and must not be shared without the written consent of GAMMS Unlimited.

6.  At the conclusion of the coaching agreement, the Client agrees to confirm the number of coaching hours received by a third party so this information can be used to further the Coach’s certification and development.

7.  Client agrees to provide a positive video and/or written testimonial and gives GAMMS Unlimited permission to use such information for company’s marketing strategy.

F E E S C H E D U L E

Payment accepted via PayPal before the start of each service or coaching session. Total cost for the group or online is $1,650 and an individual program is $1,950.

1.  The first invoice for the Highlands Ability Battery Assessment is $450. 2.  The cost for the Career Assignment Search and Interviewing

Coaching is $1,200 for group or online and $1,500 for an individual. Payment may be made in full or monthly in three installments.

PHASE THREE: CLOSING We will focus on closing the job

search with thank you letters, follow

up calls and emails. Our goal is for

you to accept an assignment/job

offer.

This program is specifically designed to meet the needs of those seeking to effectively establish a strategic job search that differentiates them from the competition.

PHASE TWO: EXECUTING, MONITORING AND CONTROLLING We will focus on why it is important

to know the type of assignment and

work environment that is best for

your strengths. We will review

intentional networking to identify

employer(s) of choice and expand job

opportunities.

PHASE ONE: INITIATING AND PLANNING We will explore tools and techniques that allow you to

get to know yourself and create an ideal job description

based on your natural abilities, gifts and talents. This

approach is useful in accelerating the process of change

and creates options and opportunities for an agile work

environment where people are more apt to excel, feel a

sense of accomplishment and perform at their highest

level. In addition, you will learn how to enhance your

current resume by focusing on key strengths and

achievements.

•  We provide personalized Assessment Feedback (2 hours)

discussion to clarify and explore

your answers thoroughly to obtain

information for assisting you in

LinkedIn profile. This can be done

by telephone, in person, Skype,

FaceTime, Google Hangout, etc.

We are flexible!

Agreement

•  Review, accept or make changes,

return for update, sign and return.

•  After agreement is signed, you will

be invoiced for the assessment only

via PayPal.

•  After invoice is paid, you will receive

the Highlands Ability Battery login

and source code with instructions to

complete the assessment.

Set Job Direction

•  We assist you in creating a person job description

and outline based on the type of roles and

responsibilities your dream job would have.

•  We provide you with the GAMMS Unlimited

Achievement template to document your

achievements. We then assist you in competing your

achievement template to show the value you may add

to an organization.

•  We spend at least two coaching sessions on your

achievements in order to accurately match your

natural abilities with your job experience. This will

assist in showing your value to an organization and

help you tell your stories to add power to your resume

and LinkedIn profile.

•  We assist you with LinkedIn Profile creation or

critique.

Establish Career Direction and Resume Preparation

•  Provide your current resume so we are prepared to ask

questions that will assist in creating a powerful resume.

•  Analyze your current resume. Recommendations will be

made after our third coaching session. This gives us

time to collect all of the data needed to assist you in

creating your powerful resume.

•  Review Chronological, Functional and Combination

resumes

•  Update your resume and/or complete the GAMMS

your preferred style resume.

•  Review and discuss your cover letter content.

•  Review your references.

Interviewing

•  Learn behavior-based Interviewing

tips and techniques

•  Create interviewing questions for your

Coach Limitation of Liability: Cl ient hereby engages Maxine Phi l l ips of GAMMS Unl imited as Coach for the purpose of providing strategic advice to Cl ient with respect to Cl ient ’s business and/or professional responsibi l i t ies, Cl ient ’s ski l ls , personal development and interpersonal re lat ionship development, and Cl ient ’s goals, to include sett ing and attaining goals. Coach has exper ience in such matters and agrees to render such coaching services for the purpose of assist ing Cl ient to c lar i fy Cl ient ’s object ives and develop and implement act ion plan(s) to obtain those object ives. Cl ient understands, and Coach agrees that Coach is not an employment agent, a business manager, a f inancial analyst or a psychotherapist, and that Coach has not promised, shal l not be obl igated to and wi l l not (1) procure or attempt to procure any employment or business for the Cl ient; (2) perform any business management funct ions such as account ing services, legal, tax or investment consult ing, or advice with regard thereto; or (3) act as a therapist, provide psychological counsel ing, psychoanalys is or behavioral therapy.

Release Agreement: Client hereby gives GAMMS Unlimited permission to use testimonials (written or video) as part of our marketing strategy (written or social media).
