Finding Jobs & Internships in Small Companies
• With smaller companies, work can come in sporadically / overnight. In those situations we could well recruit without advertising.
• People would need to have approached the company already so we have their CVs on file.
• Finding the type of company you want and approaching them directly is the main way into the business.
• Finding a way to approach companies, being persistent without being annoying, is an important skill.
