WORK EXPERIENCE

Petty Officer/ Training Chief at Naval Special Warfare Training cum Tactical Centre, Goa (01 Apr 2014- 31 Jan 2016)

Successfully carried out the responsibilities of Course Training Chief with excellent leadership qualities,

thereby delivering results and achieving organizational objectives in a pragmatic approach.

Designing training modules, evaluating the effectiveness of training program by constantly developing &

implementing pre and post assessment tools.

Carried out the duties of training supervisor for Defense officer’s squad for Close Quarter Battle & VBSS

including Combat Free Fall & Skydiving operations.

Evaluating and planning the security set up at Ship Building Centre, Visakhapatnam with continues

vigilance, intelligence and security audits.

Performed the responsibilities of Prahar/team leader with effective leadership qualities and pursuing high

degree of commitment for various special operations.
