Castle Ruins Minimony

An exclusive opportunity to host your wedding ceremony at the top of Gibbet Hill in the ivy-covered ruins of Bancroft’s Castle.

An unforgettable experience filled with memories to last a lifetime for couples looking to get married

July through September of 2020.

Castle Ruins Minimony Fee: $4000

Ceremony may begin at 12:00p or later any day of the week based on availability

3 Hours of exclusivity at the top of Gibbet Hill

Personalized assistance in planning your event, including ceremony coordinator & wedding party attendant

Use of wedding suite & powder room before and after your ceremony at The Barn at Gibbet Hill

SUV transportation to the top of the hill ceremony location and back for all attendees

Guest welcome beverages including water, iced tea & lemonade in sealed mason jars

Full set up of your ceremony, including chairs under social distancing guidelines

Lantern and candle décor at the alter

Post ceremony sparkling wine toast for you and all your guests at the top of Gibbet Hill

Photo opportunities anywhere on our gorgeous property, including grassy fields overlooking the town and beyond

Take out food available by request, ask your sales director for more information

Tax: 6.25% state tax and 0.75% local tax will be added to the Castle Ruins Ceremony Fee

originally built by General William Bancroft,

providing a striking setting for your wedding ceremony,

and an unforgettable guest experience.

To get to the castle ruins, you and your guests will be shuttled in SUVs

directly through the cow pasture of Gibbet Hill.
