1983 yılında kurulan İzopoli, o günden bu yana genç, dinamik ve deneyimli bir kadroyla değişen çağa ayak uydurup, teknoloji ve sanayinin dünyayı ve çevreyi yıpratan koşullarına çözüm arayarak ilerlemiş, 2006’da ortaklık antlaşması ile alev almaz ve yaymaz sandviç panel sektöründe dünya devi olan İrlandalı Kingspan firması ile birleşmiştir.

Dünya’da bir ilke imza atarak kontinü hat üzerinde kilitli panel üretimini gerçekleştirmiş, akılcı, sürdürülebilir çözümler üretebilen ve sanayi profesyonellerince tanınmış, kalitesini 20’yi aşkın ülkede sürekli artan referanslarıyla kanıtlayabilmiş bir firma olarak, bugün gelmiş olduğu noktada, ortaklığın merkezi Hollanda’ya taşınmıştır. Ana ortaklık firması Kingspan MEATI B.V. adı ile anılmaktadır. İstanbul merkezli Kingspan Yapı Elemanları Ortadoğu ülkelerini, Afrika kıtasını, Türkiye’yi, Yakındoğu’yu, Orta Asya ve Hindistan bölgelerini kapsamaktadır.

Kingspan olarak; Adana ve Dubai’de bulunan fabrikalarda kurulu kontinü hatlarda günde 15.000 m2 panel üretilmektedir. Endüstriyel çatı ve cephe kaplamalarından, gıda endüstrisi, soğuk depo ve işleme odalarına dek bir çok farklı alana hitap eden yalıtımlı paneller ürün çeşitleri arasındadır.

Kingspan MEATI B.V. olarak hedeflenen misyon; bölgede alev almaz panel ve kaplama malzemeleri ve yapı elemanları konusunda lider bir pozisyona gelerek, ilk 5 yıl içinde 250 milyon euro ciro ve 10 milyon m2 yangına dirençli yalıtımlı yapı elemanları üretmek ve sektörde layık oldukları yeri almaktır.

İzopoli was founded in 1983 and since then it has kept up with the changing times with its young, dynamic, and experienced staff, proceeding on its path by seeking solutions to the technological and industrial conditions that have been wearing away at the world and the environment. Through a partnership agreement, in 2006 it merged with the Irish company Kingspan, a world giant in the non-flammeable and non-flame-propagating sandwich panel sector.

As a company that put its signature under a first in the world and produced lock panels on a continuous line, is able to generate rational and sustainable solutions, is recognized by industrial professionals, and proved its quality in over 20 countries thanks to its ever-increasing references, today it is located in Holland, the center of its partnership. Its main partnership company is known under the name Kingspan MEATI B.V. Istanbul-based Kingspan Construction Elements covers the Middle Eastern countries, the African continent, Turkey, the Near East, and the Central Asian and Indian regions.

Kingspan produces 15,000 m2 of panels a day on continuous lines established at factories in Adana and Dubai. Among its product range are insulated panels addressing several different areas from industrial roof and facade cladding, to the food industry, cold storage, and process rooms.

At Kingspan MEATI B.V., the targeted mission is to achieve a leading position in the region when it comes to non-flammeable panel and cladding materials, and construction elements, and over the first 5 years to make a turnover of 250 million and produce 10 million m2 of fire-resistant insulated construction elements, reaching its deserved place in the sector.

Kingspan, mevcut tesislerinde sürekli olarak geliştirme

ve iyileştirme çalışması gerçekleştirmektedir. Çalışmalar

AR-GE laboratuvarında yürütülmekte, belli bir noktaya

getirilen çalışmalar üretim bazında denemeler yapılarak

sonuçlandırılmaktadır. Üniversiteler ve çeşitli sivil toplum

kuruluşlarının katkılarıyla düzenlenen paneller ile toplumu

bilinçlendirerek yerinde ve ilk ağızdan sorun, öneri ve

eleştiriler dinlenmektedir.

yöntemlerle gerçekleştirilmektedir.

Kingspan develops its products by combining its technical

expertise and experience from the market. Development

works are done in our R&D laboratory and tested in the

real production line with trial orders.

Kingspan organizes seminars and workshops in

cooperation with universities and associations, informs

For internal and external applications, Ral 9002 Polyester

paint suitable to be used in food processing facilities is

used as a standard in both surface iron sheets of the

prevention properties; suitable especially

Sıfır Ozon İncelmesi Potansiyeline (Sıfır ODP) sahip

poliizosiyanürat (PIR). FM Global sigorta şirketi tarafından

onaylanmış Yangın Emniyeti sertifikalı ürün serisi olarak

sunulmaktadır.

PIR köpük, ısıyla sertleşen bir malzemedir. Ateşe maruz

kaldığında erime, akma ya da damlama yapmaz. Köpük

dolguyu korumaya yardımcı olan güçlü bir kömürsü yapı

oluşturur ve alevlerin paneller içerisinde yayılmasını engeller.

Insulation Core

Polyisocyanurate (PIR), with Zero Ozone Depletion

Potential (Zero ODP). Available in FM Global insurer

approved Firesafe certified product range.

PIR foam is a thermosetting material. It does not melt, flow

or drip when exposed to fire. It forms a strong char that

helps protect the foam core and prevent flame spread

within the panels.

Uluslararası sertifikalandırma kurumlarınca yapılan test sonuçlarında IPN panellerin yangın dayanımı FM 4880’e göre class 1 ve TS EN 13501-1’e göre B s1 d0 olarak belgelenmifltir.

The Fire Resistance of the IPN boards are certified as class1 according to FM 4880 and B s1 d0 according to the TS EN 13501-1 as a result of the tests conducted by International Certification Bodies.

Findings obtained from researches carried out on actual fire incidents where Kingspan-İzopoli insulated panels are used.

The panels do not contribute to a fire. they are only damaged in the immediate area of the fire and self-extinguish after the fire load has gone.

IPN does not melt or drip when exposed to fire. Thus, the danger of igniting secondary fires does not arise.

The gases given off when isophenic foam burns are less toxic than those given off by conventional building materials (e.g. wood).

The results from the standardised tests used to determine combustibility are confirmed completely by the behaviour of the panels in practice.

Kingspan-İzopoli yalıtımlı panellerin kullanıldığı, gerçek yangınlar üzerinde yapılan araştırmalardan elde edilen bulgular; Paneller yangına katkıda bulunmamaktadır. Sadece yangının çıktığı bölgenin civarındaki paneller hasar görmekte ve alev yükü ortadan kalktığında kendilliğinden sönmektedirler. IPN malzeme ateş karşısında erimemekte ve akma yapmamaktadır. The production limit for insulated gutters is the maximum

girth of bottom sheet, which is 1,100 mm.

For insulated gutters it is possible to order prefabricated

stop end (with overflow). For stop end it is necessary

specify RIGHT or LEFT option.

Kolay ve Hızlı MontajInstallation

Kingspan panels can be mounted either at the outside

or at the inside supporting constructions whether steel or

prefabricated concrete.

Kingspan panels can be transported and mounted without

any problems by cranes and elevators for the purpose of

quick installation. Due to their light weight even mounting

by hand is possible for smaller building projects.

Kingspan panels are very strong and rigid. This means

long spans and minimal deflection in construction.

Kingspan, çatı ve cephe panelleri, prefabrik betonarme

ya da çelik yapı konstrüksiyona içerden ya da dışardan

giydirilerek monte edilir.

Paneller oldukça hafif olduklarından dolayı, kolayca ve son

derece hızlı bir biçimde montaj edilir.

Panel balyaların forklift ile taşınması esnasında,

panellerin zarar görmemeleri ve dengeli taşınmaları

için forkliftin bıçaklarının arası en uygun şekilde

ayarlanmalıdır.

Panellerin indirilmesinde bez sapanlar kullanılmalı, sapanlar

çelik bir aparat vasıtası ile vinç kancasına asılmalıdır.

(Gösterildiği üzere) bir yük dağılımı ekipmanı, uzun paneller için

kullanılmalıdır ve vinçlerin, panellerin yanlarına çarpmamasına

özen gösterilmelidir. Değen köşelerin korunması gerekir.

Paneller bükülmeyi önlemek için dik konumda

taşınmalıdır. Sadece tek kat sac olan dişi birleşim

kenarından tutulmamalıdır.

During loading and unloading operations by forklift, panels

should not be damaged by fork impacts and also there

should be enough span between fork supports in order to

avoid unacceptable deflection of panels.

The panels should be unloaded on site by a suitable crane,

using strapping, not cables.

A load distribution apparatus (as show) should be used for

long panels and care should be taken for lifters not to crash

the sides of panels. Touching edges need to be protected.

The panels must be carried edge wise to avoid

bending and the female part of the male-female joint

should not be used as a hand-grip.

Panellerin kesilmesi gerektiğinde kesme taşı kullanılmayıp,

dekupaj veya özel kesme aletleri tercih edilmelidir. Bıçkılama

bıçak ağzı, materyali soğuk olarak kesmelidir ki panel yüzeyi

zarar görmesin.

Panellerin üretim esnasında kaplanan koruyucu film

tabakası en geç iki hafta sonunda sökülmelidir. Daha geç

söküm esnasında boya tabakası zarar görebilir.

Uyarı: Panellerin uzun süre boyunca koruyucu filmle birlikte

bekletilmesi kaplamanın hasar görmesine neden olabilir.

Montaj öncesi bekleyen balyaların altına, azami 150 cm

aralıkla yastıklar konulmalıdır. Yastıklar üzerinde balyalar eğimli

duracak şekilde istiflenmelidir. Panellerin istifte 4 haftadan

fazla kalması sakıncalıdır. En fazla 2 balya konulabilir. Panellerin

kapalı mekanda bekletilmesi tercih edilmelidir.

Installation pending before the bottom of the bale, pillows

should be placed in a maximum of 150 cm apart. Pillows on

bales should be stacked so that they are inclined. Stacked

storage for long periods (more than 4 weeks) must be

avoided. A maximum of two packs are recommended in a

pile. To stand indoors panels should be preferred.

Paneller güneş ışınları, kar ve yağmurun direkt tesirlerinden

korunmalıdır. Paneller şantiye sahasında düzgün, sert

ve temiz bir zemin üzerinde üzeri örtülü olarak muhafaza

edilmelidir. Terlemeye karşı örtünün altı doğal havalandırmaya

müsait olmalıdır. Su ve nemin panel aralarına girip korozyona

sebep olmasına engel olunmalıdır.

Uyarı: Gerek stok halinde, gerekse montaj aşaması ve

sonrası paneller için yangın emniyeti sağlanması müşteri

sorumluluğundadır.

The panels’ surface should be kept clear of dust and

direct sunlight. They should be stored on flat, clean, and

hard surface and preferably in covered places, at job site.

Condensation should be avoided with sufficient aeration,

leaving the cover open a little at the top but ensuring that

the wind cannot blow it off. Water must not be allowed to

condense or enter between the panels, since it can cause

corrosion.

Warning: It is customer’s responsibility to protect the

panels against fire risks both during storage at site and

installation stage.

Panels should be cut to size by using a suitable compass

saw or circular hand saw. The sawing blade should cut the

metarial cold, so that the panel surface is not damaged.

The protective film put on the panels at the factory

should be removed immediately after installation and

certainly not later than two weeks.

Warning: Long term storage of the panels with protective

film may damage the coating.
