Board Requirements

• Learn & promote TheACY’s vision and mission• Our board structure

– Honorary Board no meetings, gives of name, influence and affluence to support the growth the organization

– Board Members attend 3 out of 4 meetings per year

– Executive Board attends 9 out of 12 meetings per year

– Advisory Board by phone as needed• Five hundred dollars get or give policy• Chair at least one committee, be a committee member of at least one committee

• Be loyal to The ACY and avoid conflict of interests, keep all matters confidential
