Shelter Rental Policies
To reserve a shelter, we must have your name, address, and daytime phone number. This information will be
entered in our calendar on the date you wish to reserve the shelter. You must fill out a shelter application
(available online or in the park office) which must be signed and returned to us along with your payment within
14 days to confirm your reservation.
Shelter reservations are from 10am to 9pm on the date reserved.
All garbage must be removed from the park in compliance with our carry-in, carry-out policy. Garbage pickup
can be purchased from the Park Office for an additional fee of $25.00 per day.
Weddings and other ceremonies in locations other than the reserved shelter, amplification of music or any other
sound, commercial tents, and bounce houses all require a separate permit. Permits can be obtained by
contacting the Park Office.
Alcohol permits must be obtained the day of the event if alcohol is to be served. Permits can be obtained from
the Park Office upon arrival.
All shelters allow one vehicle to park with a permit obtained from the Park Office upon arrival the day of the
event. All other vehicles are required to park in the main parking lot, and are all subject to the $7.00 vehicle
fee. Coupons are available for those wishing to pay the parking fee for their guests. Applications for coupons
must be obtained and filled out at least two weeks in advance. Coupons must be given to guests before arrival
at the park. At 5pm the coupons will be tallied and paid for by the patron dispensing them.
