You know SPRING is in the air when it’s time to visit the trail for our annual Wine & Herb Festival where you’ll receive an herb or veggie plant from each winery plus recipe cards. As you savor herb prepared cuisine, sip our fine wines with your souvenir wine glass. Visit Six Mile Creek, Long Point, King Ferry or Montezuma wineries only on Friday afternoon to start your weekend out right. To encourage our Wine & Herb folks to visit us during our Harvest we have designed our “Grow and Show” contests where this year they will have more of a culinary flair. Feel the Luck of the Irish at this year’s Mardi Gras event. You’ll receive St. Patty’s Day Beads, a chance to pick the lucky coin plus participate in a scavenger hunt for the infamous Pot of Gold, a case of Gold Medal winning wines.

As at all of our events you’ll receive a wine glass, wine and food pairings and recipe cards. Surely you’ll be dancing a jig if your one of the lucky participants to win one of our Grand Prizes from the Barrister’s Bed and Breakfast in Seneca Falls, Country Inn & Suites in Ithaca or Inn at the Finger Lakes in Auburn.

Savor the spectacular tastes of artisan cheese and fine wines along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Receive a special gift token at your first starting point winery and travel along the way for an experience of creamy milky sensations paired specifically with the wines from our wineries. We’re hosting a special “Say Cheese” contest so make sure to take all your favorite shots over the weekend and enter them via facebook or email. The winner who takes the best wine & cheese shot at the event will win a Specialty Gift Basket from our local cheeseries and wineries.
