Dear Sir,

Kindly refer to above letter I Circulars CMPDI had invited the application from the non executive employee of your subsidiary having requisite qualification to the post as mentioned below by giving wide publicity of the different posts. But we could not get sufficient number of applications, hence, it has been decided by the competent authority to re-circulate the vacancies so that departmental candidates may get anot"*r chance to apply for these posts. Accordingly, the vacancies of 09 designations were again circulated vide No.CMPDIIHQ/R/25/Misc./5346 dt. 23.4.13 for departmental candidates of all subsidiaries of CIL giving last date of receipt of application as 23.05.2013.

Further to above, few posts are also to be filled. Name of the post and qualification and experience required for the posts are indicated below for reference please so that departmental candidates of all subsidiaries may apply for the post.

permit issued by competent authority applicable for coal mines. 7. Jr. Data Entry Operator T&S Gr.E Matriculate or equivalent with three yrs. services in the company. Aptitute Test. 8. Electrical Helper Cat.! I Literate having three years service as Cat.I. Matriculate with ITI having

one year experience as Cat.I. 9. Sampling Assistant Cat.! I Literate preferably Matriculate from any recognized Board of Examn.

Any permanent employee having three years service as Cat.I. 10. Asst. Librarian T&S Gr.D Graduate + Certificate I Diploma in Library Science from recognized Board I University I

Govt. recognized Institute. 11. Mechanical Helper Cat.! I Literate having three years service as Cat.I. Matriculate with ITI having

one year experience as Cat.l. 12. Asst. Cashier Gr. II T&S Gr.D Matriculation or equivalent. Three years experience as Clerk Gr. I II. 13. Accounts Clerk Gr.ll T&S Gr.D Matriculation or equivalent. (i) Any regular employee of the company in same scale may

opt for the cadre. (ii) Any regular employee working in lower grade I category may also opts for Accounts Cadre. They will be designated as Accounts (Trainee) for one year, after which they will be regularized in the grade. Preference will be given to the candidates having qualification of B. Com.

14. Office Equipment & Machine Literate. Any permanent employee having three years service as Cat.!. Optr. Helper Cat.! I (Ex. cadre) 15. Peon I Chaprasi T&S Gr.H Minimum 8th Standard. 16. Pharmacist (T) T&S Gr.D Matriculate preferably in Science. Dip. in Pharmacy. 17. Staff Nurse T&S Gr.C Matric + A Grade Nursing Certificate + one year experience from recognized Institute. 18. Pump Operator Cat.! I Literate. Any permanent employee having two years service as Cat. I. 19. Stenographer (Hindi) T&S Gr.C i) Matriculation or equivalent examn. From any recognized Board of Examn. ii) Must

have a speed of 80 w.p.m. in Hindi Shorthand & 40 w.p.m. in Hindi typing. 20. Survey Mazdoor Cat. II Matriculate or equivalent qualification with aptitude for Survey Work. 21. Telecom Radio Mechanic T&S Matric or equivalent with ITI in Electronics I equivalent. Gr.D 22. General Mazdoor Cat.l A permanent employee of the company.

In order to meet the requirement of personnel of above disciplines in CMPDIL departmentally, following is indicated for needful at your end :-

(i) In case, any of your employee, if sparable, is having above designation and is also interested for transfer to CMPDIL, his application may please be forwarded to the undersigned for further needful.

(ii) In case, any of your employee, if sparable, is having higher designation in above discplines and is also interested for transfer to CMPDIL, their application may please be forwarded.

Ill. In case, any of your employee, if sparable, having above qualification but is working in another discipline, their candidature may also be forwarded to consider their case for horizontal movement in above disciplines.

Apart from above, the eligible departmental employees of CMPDI & Subsidiary Companies may submit their application for the above posts to the Dy. General Manager (P&A), CMPDI, Ranchi through proper channel in the enclosed proforma which should reach this office by 17111 June'2013. One person will apply for one post only.
