1. INTRODUCTION Technodrill´s Service Centers are accountable for the maintenance, inspection, repair and fabrication of tools, structures and equipment utilized in the petroleum industry. Our technicians are capable of serving the petroleum and general industry requirements with a high standard of quality and service. For the provision of services our organization counts on Bogota, Neiva and Cumaral Bases where we have fully equipped machine shops to serve in threading of API, Acme and Premium connections in CNC lathes, NDT inspection and repair of pipe, hardbanding, tungsten applications and special welding. In these three bases we have storage areas for tools and equipment of our clients. Technodrill offers and guarantees an integral, agile and well-supervised service to its clients. Technodrill offers drilling jars for rental in diameters from 4-3/4” up to 8”; keeps stock for sale and immediate delivery of down hole flotation equipment such as aluminum rigid centralizers, bow-type integral and hinged centralizers, stop collars, reamer shoes, guide shoes and float collars from 4-1/2” up to 13-5/8” diameters; manufactures casing drilling bits in bronze from 12-1/4” to 17-1/2” and torque rings from 7” to 13-3/8”. Availability of these tools and equipment and list of prices can be obtained in our Main Office located at the Bogota Base. In our Bogota Service Center we have a technical section to repair and service downhole tools such as drilling motors, drilling jars, shock tools and drilling jar intensifiers.

Quality assurance is an important factor to ensure that our final product is of complete satisfaction to our customers, therefore in our Service Centers we are permanently looking forward to achieve it by following the international standards as detailed in chapter “Certifications & Licensing”. Additionally our company has implemented technical procedures according to API, ASTM and ASME standards to fulfill industrial requirements. Our quality management system is certified by Bureau Veritas under ISO 9001 standard. Our organization is also permanently concerned with Safety, Occupational Health and Environment. On this matter we are currently registered and audited by the Colombian Health and Safety Council (Consejo Colombiano de Seguridad) since 2001 having a yearly qualification that exceeds the oil and gas industries requirement.

Certifications obtained assure our organization´s good performance in the management of our quality, safety, occupational health and environment systems. o ISO 9001 – Certified by Bureau Veritas with Certificate #CO240891. Assures our quality

management system under the ISO 9001 standard. Our quality management system was previously certified by Icontec since 2002.

o RUC – Scores the performance of our management system concerning safety, occupational health and environment under the Unique Registry of Contractors standard of the Colombian Oil Industry. Audited by the Colombian Safety Council (Consejo Colombiano de Seguridad).

Bogota Service Center consists of a modern warehouse within the “Parque Industrial Morelia” surrounded by a high level of surveillance and security. The warehouse has installed power of 100 kwa. and an area of 1,600 m2 (17,200 ft2) with annexed open area for storage of drill pipe and drilling tools and the manufacture of large structures. The main building and warehouse are divided as follows:

The Neiva Service Center consists of a modern completely covered warehouse located within the Industrial Zone of the city. The warehouse has installed power of 100 kwa. with an area of 2,000 m2 (23,680 ft2) divided as follows:

The Meta Base has installed power of 100 kwa. with an area of 14,000 m2 (150,700 ft2) divided as: Office area for the Base and Service Center administration. Over 10,000 mt² storage area for drill pipe and drilling structures. NDT inspection area. Machine shop area. Area for welding and fabrication. Washing area for pipe and tools.

4. SERVICES OFFERED We offer services of NDT inspection (WMPI, LPI, UT); inspection and repair of pipe; hardbanding and tungsten application; machining and repair of tools, equipment and structures used in the petroleum industry; service drilling jars and motors; repair of drill pipe, drill bits, substitutes, stabilizers, skids, mud pump modules and other special tools. These services are performed by a team of highly qualified technicians using our own high-standard equipment and measuring instruments. 4.1 BHA TOOLS SERVICE Service is performed on bottom hole assembly tools (BHA) by qualified technicians who are trained by tool manufacturers´ instructors following the procedures, manuals, drawings, specifications and technical standards given by the manufacturers themselves or elaborated by Technodrill´s engineering team, additionally this is achieved following the API, ASTM, ASME and ASNT standards as applicable. When tools and equipment arrive for service visual inspection and incoming test are performed as applicable, dimensional inspection for all the tool components after disassembly and final tests following re-assembly simulating actual conditions of operation. For repairs genuine parts supplied by the manufacturer of the tools are utilized as well as lubricants and consumables that equal or exceed manufacturer´s recommendations. When certain jobs and services are provided by external suppliers, Technodrill previously evaluates or audit them to ensure that the services provided meet or exceeds our own quality standard. 4.1.1 Machinery and Equipment to Service Jars and Motors: For the service we account with the following equipment: Breakout machine, TECHNODRILL made, in Bogotá Base with a torque capacity of up to

175.000 ft-lbs. to make up and 225.000 ft-lbs. to break out, with digital torque and pressure display to control high and low torques. This machine handles tools from 3 ½” to 13” diameter and up to 3.000 kgs of weight.

Jar Tester in Bogotá Base to test jars performance by simulating real down-hole conditions with a capacity of up to 200,000 lbs. on compression and 175,000 lbs. on tension.

Over-head crane to service all machines in the shop. Air compressor with a 160 psi. capacity utilized for cleansing of tools and parts during

the service process. Power washing machine for cleansing of parts en pipe to prepare them for inspection

and repairs. Manual pump for oil injection. Service tools such as: complete set of wrenches, sockets, screw drivers, screw

extractors, torque wrenches of up to 75 ft-lbs., chains and slings, etc. Other machines and equipment as described in numeral 4.2.1 below. 4.2 MACHINE SHOP AND WELDING In the machine shop and welding section we offer fabrication and repair of tools and parts utilized in the oil industry. This service is performed by a team of highly qualified and well trained technicians under strict supervision to comply with our quality objectives and customer satisfaction. Fabrication and repair of all types of stabilizer sleeves, string stabilizers and substitutes, crossovers, orienting subs, spools, high pressure flanges, shafts, machining of precision components, cutting of API, Acme and Premium threads, racks and rig structures, transport skids, stub welding, hardbanding, tungsten application, pipe repair and straightening are part of our products and services. 4.2.1 Machine Shop Machinery: CNC lathe, MORI SEIKI SL 8B, with 10” (254 mm) spindle, Fanuc control, two axis and

4.3 NDT INSPECTION SERVICE Technodrill offers NDT inspection services performed by Level II Certified Inspectors for rig equipment, drilling tools, BHA tools, drill pipe, tubing, casing and rig structures at our bases or clients’ locations. We perform dimensional, visual, wet magnetic particles (WMPI), liquid penetrants (LPI) and ultrasonic (UT) inspections following manufacturer´s specifications and API, DS-1, ASTM and ASNT applicable standards. For field inspection Technodrill accounts on four (4) Inspection Teams made up of Level II Certified Inspectors, experienced inspection helpers, complete set of certified inspection equipment, hand tools and light trucks for mobilization.

4.5 QUALITY CONTROL Quality control is of great importance to guarantee good performance in our productive processes and achievement of requirements in the final product for the customer. 4.5.1 Quality Control Instruments:

Complete set of internal and external micrometers, MITUTOYO, from 0” to 12” for dimensional inspection of critical tolerances in components.

Ring gages to measure external diameters of stabilizers and drill bits. Gages, GAGEMAKER, for dimensional inspection of ring grooves of high and low

pressure flanges and spools.

MITUTOYO Optical comparator. Set of radius gauges for pulley radii repair. Set of NC and NF standard thread gauges. Sets of telescopic gages for small internal measuring. Calipers Moore & Wright for inside and outside diameters from 0” to 12”. Dial indicators of 0.001” precision Vernier calipers from 0” up to 1 mt.

4.6 IDENTIFICATION AND TRACEABILITY Identification of tools and equipment which we service is performed through visual inspection of the type of tool or equipment, size, capacity and serial number. For identification of internal parts, we do it through the visual recognition of each subcomponent, part number and heat number. This identification is based on drawings, catalogues and lists of parts supplied by manufacturers or clients. Traceability is guaranteed with a series of documents and registries which consist of: A) For service of downhole and BHA tools such as motors and jars: We keep a file for each tool identifying the tool name, size and serial number in which the “Tool Record” registry, Incoming Reports and the Inspection Reports are kept. “Tool Record” – Registers date, number and information of the following documents as

applicable:

Receiving and Shipping Notes that register reception and shipping of tools. Inspection Reports of all the internal and external components of the tool in which

the utilization of new spare parts is also registered.

Internal Work Orders that register the details of the work done. Service Orders issued to external shops and suppliers.

B) For other services such as machining, fabrications, welding, inspections and other repairs: Traceability initiates with the Internal Work Order generated for the respective work to which relevant documents are attached according to the following: The Internal Work Order (OIT) – Registers customer identification, customer remission,

Service Order or Contract number, identifies the tool or equipment being serviced and the Inspection Report. The OIT form details the work done and new parts installed, the following documents are attached to all completed OIT´s as applicable:

Remission of client, Client´s Service or Purchase Order. Receiving Notes. Inspection Reports. Materials Quality Certificates. Shipping Note or Field Service Ticket. Copy of the invoice.

This package of the completed and closed Internal Work Orders is filed in an indexed folder for future consultations for a period of five (5) years.

5. TRANSPORTATION For transportation to serve all bases and ensuring in-time transportation and delivery of tools and inspection teams to our clients we count on double-cabin light trucks. For heavy freight transportation we utilize external transport companies previously evaluated by Technodrill to ensure the quality standard that our clients expect. For loading and unloading heavy tools we have 4-ton capacity lift trucks in all three locations.
