This qualification is designed to teach English to learners at an Intermediate level who have developed moderate skills in English, literacy and numeracy and who have had some formal exposure to English. Graduates of Certificate III in Spoken and Written English are able to undertake advanced language learning at ACSF 4 level. This is an accredited qualification from the New South Wales Adult Migrant English Service (NSW AMES).
