MY DREAM JOB: INTERNATIONAL AGENT OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

My activity is traveling through various places

identifying actions that promote the

economic and social growth of that region,

and disseminates them to other companies. I

work with people from different countries,

cultures, religions, ages, genders, but we all

have a common goal: improving the quality

of life of the worldwide population.

MY DREAM JOB

• The organizations of the future is concerned with results and not in schedules.

• The office existed only to support staff, because they can work anywhere they are.

• There will be less formal structure, but there will be more informal groups will join to find solutions to specific problems.

• All the organizations of the future, in order to be competitive, should have actions related to sustainability and social development.

Technologies, service and communication companies will be the o most attractive.

They will decrease their physical structures and many activities will be conducted virtually.

There will be more offices around the world, but will be smaller.

There will be not boss, but facilitators of processes,

On the same way, there will be no fixed teams work, but they will be created according to the proposed activity.

The organizations of the future will have the main attraction the work life balance.

As the work can be done remotely, the professionals will organize their work schedule as desired.

Payment with stock options of the company, will be a strategy used in order to the employees feel like owners of the company.

The primary knowledge that

The biggest preoccupation of schools should be to develop human and social characteristics in their students

The school should promote more actions with the community, encouraging volunteerism and entrepreneurial initiative.

What should education look like to deliver this knowledge to students to support future Organizations /

companies?

What would be the perfect day at the school that would answer your expectations and help you be competitive for the jobs of the future dream?

The class begins at school with the traditional subjects such as math, chemistry, history, etc.. However, other materials are also part of the schedule as sociology, politics, economics and

philosophy.

During classes are cited examples of everyday situations. The activities are done in groups and seeks the active participation of all students.

In the afternoon activities are offered extras such as entrepreneurship courses, voluntary groups, classes in theater, music, dance. The goal is that these activities approach students and society, whether in presentations or seeking improvements for the population.
