– They are triggers – internal ones that move us to do something

– Moods often times trigger us to do something we don’t want to do

– A “TRIGGER” is something that takes you from one thing to another

– A “TRIGGER” is something that takes you from one thing to another

– Things are normal one minute, then the next, you are not doing well

pattern of behavior – like your “weekend routine” drink, sex, etc.

– You most likely are not “in the mood for pornography” every moment of every day

– The goal is to be able to identify them
