Chapter 1: The cliff

Charlie was an adventurer who loved to explore, and was in the Amazon in search of a rare sloth species. As Charlie walked his blue vest swayed in the wind, his spade was hanging out the back backpack. Suddenly Charlie took a step and nearly fell off the steep cliff and into the deep blue river bellow him. The river at the bottom of the cliff look very far away. At that very moment Charlie knew he had gone the wrong way. Charlie could hear the trees rustling in the wind. Charlie turned around and saw two big Gorillas beating their chests, then they just stared at Charlie.

Chapter 2: Climbing Down

The Gorillas where getting closer and Charlie was running out of ground to stand on. Charlie’s heart was pounding so hard he thought he would vomit. It was hard for Charlie to think because the sun was making him sweet. Just in the flick of time Charlie noticed he may have a 50% chance of climbing down the cliff and get down safely.

Part 1 of Chapter 3: The Tribe

Charlie stared to climb down the cliff, and as he did he smelt the smell of moss. The moss was hanging off the edge of rock shards so it made it hard to climb down on. Charlie could only just make out a puff of smoke half way down the cliff, Charlie thought “A tribe”

Part 2 of Chapter 3: The tribe

His hand was bruised but Charlie was glad he was safe from the Gorillas. The Indian welcomed him in a way he didn’t understand and also offered him food and water. Charlie just thought “what a day”. Charlie didn’t find the sloth but he knew he would one day try again.
