About: Mademoiselle Desserts
We are a group of 9 production sites and bakeries (4 in France,
4 in the UK and 1 in the Netherlands) with about 1400 employees.
For more than 25 years now, Mademoiselle Desserts French
bakeries have been supplying a wide range of pastry-based
goods, high quality frozen bakery products, through key pastry
references of the French gastronomy or new and original recipes:
desserts, tarts or Yule logs to both food retail outlets and the
catering industry.

Pastry bases, strips & sheets, sponge kits: Raw bases for
chefs: Sweet pastry, pu� pastry, tart doughs, pizza doughs,
Charlotte sponge strips & kits, Genoise sponge and joconde
sponge sheets & kits etc.
Tarts & Flans: individual and large tarts made with pu� or
sweet pastry; original, bold flavour flans fully baked or rea-
dy-to-bake.
Desserts: Bandes (dessert strips), Cadres (half block des-
serts), individual desserts, round desserts.
Individual snacks & sweets: Choux pastry, eclairs,
Millefeuilles, ready-to-bake and fully baked products.
