Russell Hutchinson, MBA, GDipMktg - Russell founded Chatswood Consulting. Russell is experienced at general management level with major financial services firms, and managing director and non-executive director level with distribution firms in New Zealand. Russell is the driving force behind the Chatswood Consulting enterprise.

Kelly Pulham - Since joining the firm in 2009, Kelly has become our Administration Manager. Her attention to detail makes her a real asset especially when we frequently manage a number of projects concurrently.

Frances Hutchinson, BEng - Our database and visual basic expert, Frances provides data analysis skills and supervises the data capture and management work for larger quantitative research projects. Support staff provides database development, data entry, and accounting functions for us on larger projects.

Alan Rafe, MBA - Alan brings almost 25 years of financial services experience in sales and distribution networks for Investment, Insurance and Health products - of which at CEO/MD level working in Asia (Hong Kong and Philippines) for a major US based Insurance Company.
