Mold development centre has engaged in the tool

manufacturing and metal hardware processing for over 50

years. During this period, our company introduced the mold

flow analysis (Moldflow) software, mold management

system (MMS) software, and upgraded the software and

hardware through the continuous technical transformation

and the introduction of modern processing equipment, such

as large CNC milling machine processing centres, large CNC

spark processing centres, CNC stone-mill processing centres,

and so on. Our facility has an area of approximately 7,200

square metres, and is divided into tool department and

metal hardware manufacturing department.

There are more than 50 professional designers and

technicians. We utilize advanced management concepts,

tool experience and the investment into latest technology.

Over USD 5 million was invested into the advanced

high-precision imported equipment in the past two years,

and now become the most technologically advanced plant

for professional tool development and metal processing with

CAE/CAD/CAM integrated, and is the largest and most

powerful tool manufacturer on plastic products in Huizhou.

Injection molding centre has more than 140 sets

large, medium and small-size injection molding

machines, of which 1,600 tons is the largest

molding machine. For injection molding

manufacturing, the gas-assisted molding

apparatus, dual shot molding, insert molding and

related processing are applied to the plastic

products. Moreover, a belt production line is

equipped, which enables the assembly of various

plastic, metal, and electronic parts.

BATTERY FACTORY

"CASIL" maintenance-free lead-acid batteries are

eco-friendly and have low internal resistance. The

batteries are widely applied to emergency lights,

portable camping lamps, electric scooters, diving

gears, electronic instruments, UPS systems, GPS

systems and many other applications. The brand

new 4V series have compact sizes, superior

performance and a wider scope of application

(such as LED lighting equipment). The products

are not only supplied to well-known domestic

enterprises, but are also exported to the South

and North Americas, Europe, Russia, Middle East,

and many other countries. We also produce

maintenance-free sealed lead-acid batteries for

uninterruptible power supply of security systems.

The plant is equipped with 7 testers for battery

parameters, 9 automatic testers for finished

batteries, 5 production lines, 7 automatic

acid-adding machines and 22 microcomputer

controlled charging/discharging machines. Our

annual production capacity is up to 600,000

KVAH, or to say it in another way — 20 million of
