33 - 161Iron-Catalyzed Doyle–Kirmse Reaction of Allyl Sulfides with(Trimethylsilyl)diazomethane. — The reaction of allyl sulfides with only1.5 equivalents of diazomethane (II) in the presence of various iron salts andiron complexes is studied. It is found that phosphine ligands affect the kinetics, but not the diastereoselectivity in the case of sulfide (IV). — (CARTER,DAVID S.; VAN VRANKEN, DAVID L.; Org. Lett. 2 (2000) 9, 1303-1305;Dep.
