1. 4 hour minimum.
2. Bartender / Server will provide the necessary tools: wine key, bottle opener, pourers, clean attire.
3. Customer agrees that it is the Bartenders discretion to refuse service to guests who cannot provide proper identification or appear intoxicated.
4. Customer agrees to refrain and to assist in refraining from providing alcohol to minors.
5. 50% deposit due upon signing of contract, remaining balance due day of event prior to start of event.
6. 50% deposit non-refundable if cancellation is less than 7 days prior to event.
7. Customer agrees to let the bartender use a tip jar - OR - Customer agrees to tip staff on the night of the event(minimum $10/hour/bartender). Please indicate in notes.
