ΤΑ ΝΑΙ ΚΑΙ ΤΑ ΟΧΙ ΤΗΣ ΔΙΑΤΡΟΦΗΣΓια να σαι όμορφος γερός

πρόσεξε καλά τι τρωςΔιώξε πια την κόκα κόλα

κι όλα αυτά τα άρπα-κόλλα.

Πέταξε τα γαριδάκιαπατατάκια κρακεράκια!

Κάτω τα αναψυκτικάκι όλα αυτά τα βλαβερά….

Στα σκουπίδια τα γλυκά,

έξω τα ζαχαρωτά.Ντοματούλα, αγγουράκι,

λάχανο και καροτάκι.

Αλατάκι, πιπεράκι,βάζω μια σταλιά λαδάκι.

Έτοιμη η σαλατούλα,και ψωμάκι μια φετούλα.

Γεύμα γρήγορο απλό,

νόστιμο, υγιεινό.Όσπρια, λαχανικά,

φτιάχνουμε γερά κορμιά.

Και τα ψάρια δεν ξεχνώπίνω και πολύ νερό.

Πάντα πέφτω με τα μούτρα,όταν βλέπω φρέσκα φρούτα.

Στο σχολειό όταν πηγαίνω,

να τρώω πιο σωστά μαθαίνω.Χρόνια πολλά να ζήσω

κι έτσι να μεγαλουργήσω.

and all these harmful drinks.

Throw away the sweetsand candy.

Tomatoes , cucumbers, cabbages and carrots.

Salt and pepper,pour some oil.Ready salad,

and a slice of bread.

Quick and simple meal,delicious the healthy.

Legumes and vegetables,build strong bodies.

Fish do not forgetdrink a lot of water too.

it a lot of fresh fruit,don’t forget to.

When I go to school,I learn to eat properly.

Many years to liveand many great things to create.
