- 為政府及學校提供全港學校在中英數三科的水平的資料，

讓政府為有需要的學校提供支援，及監察教育政策執行

- To provide the Government and school management

with information on school standards in key learning

areas for the purposes of school improvement so that

the Government would be able to provide support to

those schools in need of assistance.
