    Chocolate Brownie Cake

    2/3 cups cocoa

    2/3 cups oil

    2 cups sugar

    1 cups flour

    cup water

    2 t.s. baking powder

    4 eggs

    2 t.s vanilla

    Cream oil, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs. Alternate flour and water. Add baking powder

    and vanilla.

    Bake 180 for 30 minutes.

    6 cups flour

    Spinach Salad

    1 Bag Baby spinach

    1 punit strawberries

    red onion diced

    2-3 avacodosMix together in bowl and add the dressing

    Dressing

    cup balsamic vinegar

    1 cup oil

    1 cup sugar

    raw onion

    Salt

    Blend in processor. Pour over salad before serving.

    Medium matzah meal

    In processor mix eggs, bit of oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add onion (1 small onion per

    lb) Pulse, and add fish. Pulse and add Matzah meal and almonds Pulse.

    Fried Chicken

    1 chicken

    1 cup plain flour

    t.s. salt

    2 t.s baking powder

    1 egg1 cup water

    Mix dry ingredients. Beat in egge and water. Mix until smooth.

    Fry in well heated oil until brown. Reduce heat and fry for 20-30 minutes longer.

    Pizza in the bread machine

    8 oz water

    2 T.s olive oil

    1 lb flour

    Goowy Chewy Chocolate Bars

    cup brown sugar

    1 cup flour

    4 oz margarine

    Mix, spread in a cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.

    Filling

    2 eggs

    bag chocolate chips

    1 cup brown sugar1 t.s baking powder

    1 t.s vanilla

    2 T.s flour

    Mix, pour over crust. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut while hot.

    Marble Cake from Aunty Rochel

    3 eggs

    4 cups self raising flour

    3 cups sugar

    2 cups oil

    1 cups water

    Vanilla

    1 cups cocoa

    Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, alternate flour and water. Add vanilla. Pour some in

    cake tin. Divide the rest. Pour cocoa to one part. Add chocolate mixture to tin, then

    the rest of white. Marble the mixture.

    Bake for 150 for 1 hour.

    Sponge Cake from Aunty Rochel

    6 eggs

    1 cups sugar

    2 cups plain flour

    1 t.s baking powder

    6 T.s oil

    1 T.s water

    Vanilla

    Beat egg whites, Add sugar. Miss, add egg yolks. Then Vanilla and oil. Mix . Fold inflour and and baking powder then water.

    Mix salt and sugar. Rub over meat. Put meat in dish. Scatter rest of ingredients amd

    the rest of the salt/sugar. Add cold water just to cover-must be covered with water.

    Fridge for 7-10 days.

    Wash meat well, put in the pot cover with cold water, bring to boil, scum, add

    large onion and 2 bay leaves. Cover and simmer for 4 hours. Press in fridge. Slice

    Ice Cream Pie

    2 pie crusts

    1. cup cocoa

    large whip

    cup sugar

    4 oz margarine

    Put into a pan and melt it.

    When cools, pour into pie crust

    In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat your other half of the large

    container of whip. In a 3rd bowl, beat the egg yolk and 1 cup of sugar and vanilla

    Pour of whip into each pie crust in between each layer put into freezer.

    3. Take 2 Ts of coffee, dissolve with a tiny bit of hot water, fold into bowls of ice

    cream. Put it into pie crusts. Sprinkle ground nuts on top.

    Curried Lentil

    1 Ts oil

    1 medium onion

    3 garlic cloves

    1 ts ginger

    1 ts cumin1 cup green lentils

    1 19pz can of tomatoes chopped

    1 cup stock

    1/3 cup parsley

    Salt/pepper

    Sautee onions, garlic, giner, and cumin. Add lentils, tomatoes, and stock. Boil,

    simmer, add parsley, salt and pepper.

    Challah for the bread maker

    1 Ib flour

    1 oz fresh yeast

    2 oz sugar

    Ts salt

    1 egg

    12 oz warm water

    2 T oil

    Chocolate Cake

    180g dark chocolate or chocolate chips

    175g margarine

    125g brown sugar

    200g almonds

    4 eggs separated

    Melt chocolate in double boiler. Cream margarine and sugar add almonds, yolks and

    chocolate, beat and fold in stiff egg whites.

    1lb meat

    1 chopped onion

    1 garlic clove

    1 T Paprika

    2 T flour

    1 tin tomatoe

    Brown meat in oil. Remove and then brown onions and garlic. Add meat, stir in

    paprika and flour . add tomatoes.

    Bake 150 #2, 300 2 hrs

    Beef Casserole

    2lb meat

    1 sliced onion

    2 carrots

    1 turnip

    3 stalks celery

    1 parsnip

    1 oz marg

    1 T oil1 T flour

    Salt pepper

    pkt stock

    1/3 pint red wine

    1 T tomato puree

    1 orange

    1 bay leaf

    Brown onion 2-3 minutes, add rest of vergtables, cook for 5 minutes. Remove from

    pan. Flour, meat and brown. Add vegetables. Heat stock and wine together and pour

    into pan. Add tomato ouree, juice of orange and bay leaf.

    Chicken Cholent

    Dip Chicken in seasoned flour. Brown. Place in casserole. Add potatoes.

    Fry onions till brown, add mushrooms, paprika, tin tomatos, tomatoe puree and wine.Bubble. Pour over chcicken and potatoe.

    Cook or bake oas for shabbos.

    Poulet Basqueruise

    2 chicken cut into eights

    3 T oil

    3 T seasoned flour

    Sauce

    2 onions dices

    1 fat clove of garlic

    1 green pepper

    Pimentos

    1 can whole tomato- drained

    pint stock pint for 1 chicken

    4 oz green olives

    1 T corn flour

    Season chicken and brown. Remove to frying pan add all vegetable except permentos

    and cook for the minutes, until brown. Add stock, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper. Bring

    to bubbling point. Pour over chicken and bake covered.

    To sauce add corn flour mixed with warm water and permentos. Bubble for 5 minutes

    then pour over chicken.

    cup water

    1/3 cup white dry wine

    1 can tomato

    Drain and quarter peas. Save 1/3 cup syrup. Salt and pepper chicken and brown. Placein pan. Sautee onions add flour and basil then water. Cook until thick and bubbly, add

    pear juice, wine, peas and tomato. Pour over chicken and bake covered.

    Yerushalmi Kugel

    1 pkt lokshen kugel 400g grams

    Little more then cup oil

    Little more then cup sugar

    2 eggs

    2 T sugar

    t salt and pepperBoil and drain lokshen, stir oil and sugar till brown. Pour

    Lukshen in, add rest of ingredients. Mix and bake.

    Vegetable Kugel

    2lb frozen cauliflower. Spinach, broccily.

    3 T flour

    3 T mayo

    3 T onion soup mix

    3 eggs

    Cook vegetables then mash, add rest of ingreidients. Top with cornflakes then bake

    Falafel

    3 oz bulgar wheat

    2 crumbled white bread

    10 oz dried check peas

    3 T lemon juice1 t chopped garlic

    T dried coriander

    But ceyen pepper

    1 t cumin pwder

    1 t salt

    Black pepper

    Oil for frying

    Put bulgar in bowl of water (cold) for 15 minutes and drain. Wet bread bits add to

    bulgar wheat set aside.

    Put chick peas and spices in food processor. Process bulgar and breas with chick peas.

    Shape and fry.

    Salmon Rounds

    2lb salmon fillets

    4 oz bread crumbs

    2 T chopped chives

    2 T chopped parsley1 egg

    2 T olive oil

    2 t runny honey

    Lemon juice

    1. preheat over to 180. Place salmon and cut out 4 circles.

    2. Chop rest of salmon and put in bowl. Mix in bread crumbs, chives, lemon and

    egg, salt and pepper.

    3. shape herb mixture, place on grease proff paper and top with salmon rounds,

    4. mix oil and honey and brush over salmon

    5. bake 20 minutes.

    Grilled Vegetable

    1 large corn on the cob

    6 oz broccily florets

    2 yellow peppers

    Olive oil

    Lemon juice

    Dijon mustard

    boil corn and broccoli. Drain and cool. Cut corn into pieces. Place vegetable into pan.

    Mix oil, lemon juice and mustard. Brush over vegetable and season. Grill 20-25

    minutes. Turn and brush every 5 minutes.

    Vegetable Kugel

    3 Large courgettes

    3 Large carrots

    2 potatoes

    1 large onion

    4 eggsSalt/pepper

    5 oz oil

    4 oz medium matazah meal

    Grate vegetable, add eggs, oil, salt and pepper and matzah meal.

    Melt margarine add vegetable and cover. Fry gently for 7 minutes add water barley

    4 Large leeks

    4 Potatoes

    1 carrot

    1 parsnip

    Water/stockBrown vegetable in margarine. Add water bring to boil and simmer. Puree

    1 medium leak shredded

    1 medium carrot sliced

    6 oz cabbage shredded

    1 onion sliced

    2 celery stalks

    4 oz frozen green beans

    2 oz haricot beans

    2 oz dried parsley

    Water

    2 oz macaroni

    Put everything into pot. Bring to boil and simmer., add macaroni the simmer for 15

    minutes.

    2/3 Cup oil2/3 Cup cocoa

    2 Cup sugar

    4 eggs

    1 cup flour

    2 ts baking powder

    cup cold water

    Mix oil, cocoa, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add baking pwder then flour

    alternately with water.

    Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

    8 oz margarine

    8 oz sugar

    4 eggs

    8 oz self raising flour

    6 oz chocolate

    3 T waterCream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs. Fold in flour and chocolate.

    Bake 180 for 30 minutes

    Top with 4 oz chocolate and 1 T margarine melted.

    Cake from Malka Cohen

    3 cups flour

    cup sugar

    3/8 cup juice

    2 sticks margarine4 egg yolks

    2 ts baking powder

    Filling:

    4 egg whites

    1 cup sugar

    1 ts vanilla

    2 grated apples

    2 oz bitter sweet chocolate melted

    Mix 1st set of ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs whites and gradually add sugar, fold

    into batter and stir in remaining ingredients.

    Bake 350 for 45 minutes

    Meat Roll

    1lb mince meat

    2 T oil

    2 T pine kernels

    2 onions chopped2 ts brown sugar

    2 T water

    2 ts soy sauce

    1 ts salt

    10 grinds pepper

    1T chopped parsley1 ts dried mint

    Clove garlic

    Pinch cayenne pepper

    Puff pastry

    Brown nuts in oil remove add onions till golden add meat with sugar. Add rest of

    ingrients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cover, leave to cool

    Roll in Pastry glaze and bake on 220 for 15 minutes, turn down to 200 for 15

    minutes.

    Viennese Cookies

    12 oz margarine - soft

    4 oz icing sugar

    4 oz custard powder

    12 oz plain flour

    1 ts baking powder

    Put everything in kenwood and beat with K beater

    Roll in balls, slightly flatten with fingures. Bake 150 for 15 minutes. Let cool, melt

    chocolate spread inside sandwich and then drizzle with fork.

    Parave Cheese Rugelach

    1lb 16 oz strong flour

    8 oz margarine

    4 eggs

    2 0z yeast

    1 cup water

    6 T sugar

    Pinch salt

    Dissolve yeast in water. Add rest of the ingredients and knead. Rise and shape. Bake

    180 for 20 minutes.

    Liquid:

    3 glasses water

    2 glasses sugar

    3 T vanilla sugar

    glass lemon juice

    Bring to boil

    Dip hot rugelach into cold liquid.

    Vegetable Lentil soup

    4 sticks celery

    3 carrots

    2 onions8 oz red lentils

    3 pints water

    Stock cube

    Fru onions, add celery, carrot and everything else. Boil, simmer for 2 hrs.

    Tomato Lentil soup

    1 onion

    1 clove garlic

    6 oz red lentils1 can chopped tomatoe

    1 pint vegetable stocl

    pint milk

    Splash of soy sauce

    2 T tomatoe puree

    Salt/pepper

    Sautee onion and garlic. Add everything else. Boil and simmer

    Kuchen

    Sauce

    onion chopped

    1 15oz can tomatoe sieved

    3 Ts brown sugar

    3 Tb juice of lemon

    Salt/pepperBit of water if needed

    Cut eggplants in half and scoop out flesh. Chop then fry until soft in a bit of oil. Add

    to meat mixture with the rest ingredients. Mix. Mound the meat into eggplant. Press

    well. Put into casserole. Cook onions until golden. Add rest of sauce. When bubbling,

    pour around eggplant, they should be just submerged, if not add water. Cover, bake

    for 180 for half an hr. turn down to 150, cook for 2 hrs.

    Chocolate |Fudge Cake

    6 eggs3 cups sugar

    3 cups plain flower

    12 oz melted margarine

    3 Ts vanilla

    9 Ts cocoa

    Beat eggs and sugar, add melt margarine then vanilla, cocoa, the flour. Put in shallow

    pan. Bake hr 150.

    Icing

    10 minutes before cake is done, make melt 3T margarine then add 9 Ts cocoa. In

    another bowl 1 cups icing sugar and 3 egg whites, unbeaten, but beat with sugar

    with fork. Add sugar into margarine and mix. Pour into hot cake and cut.

    Vanilla Keprol

    Makes 32. keep 2 weeks at room temperature in an airtight container. Freeze

    7 oz (200g) margarine at room temperature

    2 oz (65g) caster sugar

    1 oz (25g) vanilla sugar

    1 egg yolk

    10 oz (275g) plain flour2 oz (50g) round almonds

    Pinch of salt

    For coating the busicuits sieved icing or caster sugar.,

    Method:

    In the food processor cut the soft butter into chunks then in the processor work in the

    sugar, extract until absorbed. Work in the egg yolk. Add the flour, ground almonds,

    and salt until the mixture clings together in tiny moist balls.

    Turn into a bowl gather into a dough then knead gently until free of cracks.

    Chill the dough for 1 hr.

    When shaping the biscuits try not to use any flour on the board as this will toughen

    them. Pinch off pieces of dough the size of a walnut and roll between the palms intosmall balls. Roll each ball into a pencil about inch long then bend into a cresent.

    Arrange on ungreased baking sheets, leaving about 1 inch between each buiscuit as

    they do spread a bit. Bake in a preheated oven. Gas no 3 for 18 minutesl lift onto

    cooling tray and leave for 3 minutes. Dip into icing sugar. Dip again when cold.

    Marble Cake

    8 eggs

    4 cups self raising flour

    3 cups sugar

    2 cups oil

    1 cup water

    Vanilla

    Cocoa about cup

    Everything in and mix pour 1/3 in pan separate rest in half pour cocoa rest on top.

    Beat whites, add sugar and yolks. Mix add oil, the flour, in one go beat with kenwood

    then add water.

    Bake 40 minutes in 150

    Meatballs

    3 lb meat

    1 tin tomato

    Puree whole tube with water

    Pepper pureeCarrot puree

    Onion puree

    Mushrooms sliced

    Soy sauce good shake

    Mustard powder

    Vinegar

    Pepper

    Mix together and beat. Make meat balls and plop in. add pasta before serving.

    2 cup flour

    2 eggs

    1 stick margarine

    cup sugar

    Pinch of salt

    Make a dough

    Roll out on the baking sheet tin approx 16x12

    Boil lb margarine

    4 Ts water

    Wait until boils then add

    8 oz sugar

    8 oz ground nuts

    8 oz chopped nuts

    Pour over the dough spreading equalling

    Bake hr on 150. cut into thin strips when still.

    Dip into chocolate when frozen.

    Hamantashen

    4 oz plain flour

    4 oz self raising flour

    4 oz margarine

    1 oz sugar

    2 eggs

    Crumb flour and margarine. Add sugar then eggs. Mix, roll, fill. Bake 180.

    Crumble

    4 oz plain flour

    2 oz oats

    3 oz sugar

    3 oz brown sugar

    2 oz chopped nuts optional2 oz ground almonds

    6 oz margarine

    Mix dry ingredients, crumble in marg.

    Bake 200 till brown.

    Choclate Fudge Ice Cream with nuts

    1 crust:

    1 cup plain flour

    6 oz margarine

    cup brown sugar

    crushed almonds

    Mix together. Melt margarine and pour over rest. Mix. Put into baking pan. Bake 180

    until brown. When cool crumble with rolling pin, put in bag.

    2. 6 eggs whites beaten

    cup sugar beaten

    6 ts coffee dissolved with cup choclate liquer. Add coffe and yolk to 1 smallwhopped up whip.

    Fold in whip

    Put crumbs on bottom then freeze ice cream until hard heat up 1/3 cup cocoa

    2 oz margarine

    Stir till boils, boil 3-4 minutes. Cool pour on top of ice cream.Put remaining crumbs

    on top. Freeze.

    Chocolate Pudding

    4 oz plain flour

    2 ts baking powder

    2 oz sugar

    1 oz cocoa

    2 oz margarine melted

    8 T water add

    salt salt

    Mix

    Put into greased pan

    1 - 2 oz topping

    Soft brown sugar

    1 oz cocoa

    pint water. Add water on top.

    Bake 40-45 minutes 180.

    Cookie dough

    21 oz icing sugar

    1 egg

    14 oz margarine

    Mix all together

    Very well mix grease tin 170 till brown

    Chocolate Chip cookies

    1 cup margarine

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup brown sugar

    2 1/1 blended oatmeal

    2 ts baking powder

    1 ts baking soda

    Mix all ingredients and add chocolate chips, chopped nuts and some grated chocolate.Shape into balls. Bake on 350 in un greased pans.

    Pastry

    2 oz plain flour

    2 oz margarine

    pint water

    2 eggs

    1. Heat margarine and water until melted, then bring to boil.

    2. Shoot flour in at once, (over heat)3. Reduce heat to low and beat until it forms balls and leaves side of the pan

    clean.

    4. Remove pan from heat to cool (2 minutes)

    5. Add eggs one at a time beating well until it forms a ball. Gas 6/400f/200c

    1. Pipe 2 trays of approx 14 rolls

    2. Bake for 20 minutes, sit then return to the over for 5 minutes, reversing shelf

    6 oz white chocolate

    1 oz margarine

    2 egg whites

    pint cream

    Melt chocolate and margarine. Beat untul smooth. Whisk egg whites. Whip cream.

    Fold cream into chocolate then add eggs. Set in fridge.

    Chocolate crumb cake

    4 cups flour

    2 cups sugar

    4 oz melted margarine

    cup oil

    2 ts vanilla

    Mix and set aside 1 cup

    1 cups softened butter

    2 cups white sugar

    1 cup sour cream

    ts baking powder

    1 ts vanilla

    2 cups flour

    Cream butter and sugar in bowl of an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, and beat

    until nice and fluffy. The add the sour cream, baking powder and vanilla. Mix it up

    and then add the flour, one cup at a time, and beat until the batter is smooth and has

    no lumps.

    Pour the batter into the pans and bake at 325 for 45-50minutes. The cake should be

    golden brown on top.

    Cool in the pans on a rack for 20 minutes. Run a knife around the inside of the edges

    of the pan to loosen the cakes and turn them out on the racks.

    After the cakes are completely cool, wrap each one in plastic wrap, sealing tightly.

    Wrap these packages in foil and store in the fridge for 48 hours. Take them out an

    hour before you serve, but dont unwrap them until youre ready to serve the dessert.

    Oatmeal Raisin Crisps

    Preheat oven to 375 F. rack in the middle postion.

    1 cup melted margarine

    2 cups sugar

    2 ts vanilla

    ts salt

    2 ts baking soda

    2 large eggs, beaten

    2 cups flour

    1 cup raisins

    2 cups ground dry oatmeal

    Melt the margarine ina microwave safe bowl. Add the sugar and mix. Then mix in

    the vanilla, salt AND THE BAKING SODA.

    When the mixture has cooled to room temperature, add the eggs. Add the flour and

    stir it all up. The mix up the raisins.

    Prepare your oatmeal. Measure out 2 cups and dump it in the food processor,

    shopping it with a steel blade until its the consistency of coarse sand. Dump it in your

    dough and mix it all up.

    Roll walnut size dough balls with your hands and place them on greased cookie sheet,

    12 to a standard sheet. Squish the dough balls down with a fork in crisscross patterns.

    Cocoa Snaps

    3 large eggs, beaten

    4 ts baking soda

    cup sugar in a small bowl

    Melt margarine and mix in cocoa until its thoroughly blended. Add soda, salt, vanilla

    and stir. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Chill dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 350 F, rack in the middle position.

    Roll dough into walnut sized balls with your hands. This dough may be sticky so roll

    only enough for the cookies you plan to bake immediately, then return the bowl the

    the fridge. Roll the dough balls in the bowl of white sugar and place them on a

    greased cookie sheet. Flatten them with a spatula.

    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets for a minute or two and them

    remove the cookies to a wire to finish cooling.

    Molasses Crackles

    1 cups melted margarine

    2 cups sugar

    cup molasses

    2 beaten eggs

    4 ts baking soda

    1 ts salt

    3 ts cinnamon *

    1 ts nutmeg4 cups flour

    Melt margarine in microwave. Add sugar and molasses and stir. Let it cool slightly.

    Then add the beaten eggs, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, and nutmeg, stirring after

    each addition. Add fll=our in one cup increment stirring each one. The dough will be

    quite stiff.

    Cover and fridge for at least 2 hours.

    Preheat oven to 350 F, rack in middle position.

    1/3 cup milk

    Line a 12 cup muffin pan with double cupcake holders. Since this recipe makes 18

    muffins, you can use and additional 6 cup muffin pan lined with double holders, or

    you can grease an 8 inch square pan.

    Microwave the chocolate, raspberry syrup and 1/34 cup sugar in a microwave safe

    bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave again for another minute. At this point the

    chocolate will be almost melted, but it will maintain its shape. Stir the mixture until

    smooth and let it cool to lukewarm.

    Measure flour, mix in baking powder. In an electric mixer, beat the butter and 1

    cups sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating each time after each

    addition to make sure theyre thoroughly incorporated. Add approximately a third of

    the flour mixture and 1/3 of the milk. When thats all mixed in, add another 1/3 of

    flour and 1/3 of milk. When thats all mixed, add the remainder of the flour and the

    remainder of the milk. Mix well.

    Make sure the chocolate mixture is cool enough. If its fairly warm to the touch but not

    so hot you have to pull your hand away you can add it at this point. Stir well and

    youre done.

    Let the batter rest for 5 minutes. Then stir again by hand and fill the cupcake holders,

    full, if you use the inch pan fill it with rest of batter.

    Bake the cupcakes on 350 F for 20 25 minutes. The 8 inch cake should bake an

    extra 5 minutes.

    Fudge Frosting

    18 cupcakes, or 12 cupcakes and 1 small cake, cooled to room temperature and ready

    to frist.

    2 cups chocolate chips

    1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

    If you use a double boiler for this frosting. Stir it constantly.

    Fill the bottom part of the double boiler with water. Make sure it doesnt touch the

    underside of the top.

    Put the chocolate chips in the top of the double boiler, set it over the bottom, and

    place the double boiler on the stove top. Stir occasionally until the chocolate chips are

    melted.

    Stir in the can of sweetened condensed milk and cook approx 2 minutes, stirring

    constantly, until the frosting is shiny and of spreading consistency.

    Spread on cupcakes making sure to fill in the frosting pocket.

    dough sit for 5 minutes.

    Drop by spoonful on a greased sheet, 12 cookies per standard size sheet. Flatten the

    cookies with a greased spatula. Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes.

    When the cookies come out the oven, leave them on the cookie sheet and immiedatly

    press piees of candy corn on top as a design. Do this right away so that the candy corn

    will stick after the cookies have cooled.

    Let the cookies cool on the sheets for 2 minutes and the transfer them to a wire rack to

    cool completely.

    Surprise Cookies

    Do not preheat oven, dough must chill before baking

    1 cup melted butter

    1 cup white sugar

    cup brown sugar

    2 beaten eggs

    1 ts baking soda

    ts salt

    1 ts vanilla

    2 Ts water, or coffee

    3 cups flour

    1 package mixed milky chocolates.

    4-5 dozen walnut halves.

    half or pecan half on top and place it on a greased baking sheet, 12 cookies to a

    Option 3:

    1 stick margarine

    1 cup coconut

    1 cup ground hazelnuts

    2 cups rice crispies

    cup brown sugar

    cup grated chocolate

    Bake these ingredients at 180, until melted then put them on base of ice cream and

    sprinkle on top. Before freezing.

    Coffee Toffee Pie

    Crust:

    2 cups oats

    1 1/3 stick margarine

    1 cup brown sugar

    1 cup ground walnuts

    1 ts vanilla

    Bake on 350 F for 10 minutes

    Middle

    On a double boiler melt:

    4 oz chocolate

    2 sticks margarine

    Add 2 ts vanilla

    In mixer:2 cups icing sugar
