Newton Tony CE VC Primary School
Christmas Newsletter December 2019
Christmas Festivities
Our Christmas Nativity Service took place on Thursday 19th December
at St Andrew’s Church. Well done to all the Hedgehogs who performed
our nativity ‘Whoops-a–Daisy-angel’. All the children enjoyed celebrating
this special time of year as Christians remember the birth of Jesus.
The Badgers Choir were invited to sing
Christmas Carols at the Village Café
Christmas meal. The children sang a
range of modern and traditional songs. A
wonderful time was had by all.
Afterwards, the children were gifted a
box of Christmas biscuits. Thank you!
Thank you to everyone who supported
the Trussell Trust Christmas box
appeal. You have made a difference
to a child this Christmas. There were
over 11, 280 boxes distributed this
year in South East Europe.
